They did the 100k service and I casually threw out that one of the window motors crapped out and Michael said he would order it for me, he got the price, I said to wait on it. I checked with the dealership. DUDE! Metric was half of the price of the dealership! So I went back, they fixed it. He gave me the old one back too, I dont know what Im going to do with it, but I want to screw with it and see if I can get it to work.

I will be back next time I need service. I had a battery service o. My V6 engine. My car requires the engine to be lifted out to do the service. Elsewhere the price was over $1000. The same service here was $400 less! Awesome! I love how my car is performing.”

“I have been avoiding maintenance on my older car since my previous mechanic had passed away after working on my cars for 30 years and the new owner, while initially promising, turned out to be a dud. So on a recommendation from Nextdoor and after looking at online reviews, I brought my car to Isaac at RJ Automotive. He quoted a fair price, got 4 or 5 big things repaired on my 2002 Lexus and did it all in just over a day. For the one service (front end alignment) they don't provide at RJ, he gave me an excellent referral. After getting home, I realized that he had done a couple of small things for me that I hadn't asked for and at no charge. It's this service and attention to detail that will keep me going back to Isaac at RJ; hopefully for the next 30 years. Just an FYI, there is a fee if you use credit. I was not prepared with a check or enough cash but I'll be ready next time.”

“I just moved to California and was looking for a reliable mechanic. I needed to get my brakes fixed. They were so bad at making all sorts of noise. I reached out to Alen, and he responded right away and allowed me to bring my car in right away so he could take a look at it. I brought my car in, and Alen fixed my car the same day. He mentioned a guarantee/warranty on his work, and he delivered on his word. I still heard a slight noise from my brakes. He insisted I bring it in right away so he could have another look. “THANK YOU Euro Stop!!! You saved me a lot of money and a ton of grief. I really scored when I found you.I had been to another repair place that charged me for the diagnostic and then recommended a very expensive repair. I called around for a 2nd opinion and reached Khan (hope I spelled that correctly!). He asked me questions and suggested that the repair might not be needed. He told me he was VW certified and had all the proper VW equipment to diagnose the problem. Khan invited me to bring the car so he could have a look. When I asked how much he would charge to plug in the diagnostic thingie, he said "nothing - I don't charge for simple little things like that." Wow, I coldn't believe it! Everyone else charges $68-$110.00 just plug it in.I arrived and saw he had a Porsche and a couple of Bentleys in his gargage. I figured this was either a really good or, really bad sign. Turned out to be a GREAT sign - those people trust him with their expensive cars and I now know why. While I waited, I met Khan's wife. What a lovely, genuine, nice person she was. She endorsed her husband as "the most honest man I know." and I'm here to tell you, she told the truth! This guy is great! And while I waited, I observed his business neighbors come over to ask his opinion. These friendly exchanges also impressed me as they show he's respected among other mechanics.This was the most interactive experience I've ever had at a repair shop. Khan showed me the diagnosis codes, pointed out the corresponding parts on the car, and patiently explained the function of each one. Ladies, other than your father or brother, has a mechanic ever done that for you!? Me neither.With the car now up on a lift, Khan spent time checking things and then called me over to break the bad news. The original diagnosis was correct; my car needed that expensive repair. But here's what sets Euro Stop apart from the others: While all the other places were happy to write it up and take my money, Khan pointed out all the other things that were about to break --that my regular mechanic never has! And he advised that my car didn't have much life left in it. That it wasn't really worth fixing because all these other repairs were soon to follow. Although I was bummed, my heart overflowed with gratitude that he told me. Nobody else has and there have been plenty of times they could have. And to top it all off, he didn't charge me for his time! From the nicest Porsche to a ragamuffin VW, Euro Stop is the best place to take it. And from now on, I and will never take my car anywhere else.”
