“My 2017 Explorer transmission suddenly went south when my wife was driving it. On my way to rescue her, I called Brent. He entertained all my questions and what-ifs, so I knew what to check once I got there. As suspected, I determined it was a transmission problem, so I had it towed to Leon's. The problem ended up being an electrical connection, but it was very difficult to track down, but he got it done. Whereas the dealership would have insisted on replacing the entire wiring harness for thousands of dollars, Brent wired up a bypass that works great, and looks like a factory connection, but for alot less $. Thanks Brent.”
