“I want management and corporate to know the value of an employee. I arrived at Verizon, knowing that I needed a new phone, it was glitchy, even though I turned the assistant off it was still picking up every word and interfering with texts. Phone calls and chat in Podbean. It had to go and I was resigned to pay $500 or more?
Then Dallas helped me by analyzing the phone and what was happening. It went through various things I had tried to the same result then kept on and completed figured out how to disable the problem maker he then fixed a problem with the voice mail. 2 annoying problems repaired right there. I am so appreciate that this employee valued this Gramma on a fixed income, to breathe new life into my phone. Literally the best customer service, thoughtfulness and consideration.
