“I recommend Godinas!I was referred by someone who always mentioned to me to go to her mechanic at Godinas.My vehicle that just sat there on my driveway because some mobile mechanic told me my vehicle had so many things wrong with it but he offered to buy the vehicle, to take it off my hands “he said”.I didnt want to sell it. Finally I thought it had an engine problem cuz it would overheat. I love my car it’s a 2017 ( I know old) black Passat. It still looks good.I took it to Godinas and Manual said he would take a look at it because it kept over heating.Manual checked out the entire car. One of the sensors was bad plus other things they found that had to be replaced.I was told by my friends that a sensor alone is so very expensive.Godinas price was very very reasonable. He was able to fix my entire car!So that mobile mechanic just wanted to take advantage of me and knew he could repair the car to his benefit.My car still looks so good especially now that I have it up and running .If you have a car issue just go talk to Manual he always will try to help you out and gives you options to your benefit. “I had my car in the shop due to an accident I was involved in weeks prior. It was during this time my car was in the shop I was proved a car rental. I had a car rental, maybe a couple of days when I realized someone had keyed the side of it. I was so shocked, distraught, and had a sense of disbelief all at the same time. I prayed, hoping I could just polish the scratches restoring it without any further expense. However, that wasn't the case and now I'm wondering how I was going to be able to reverse the damage! A neighbor told me about Johnny's Auto Color & Body Works. I arrived at the shop first thing in the morning and spoke to Johnny. He, not only validated my concerns, but provided much needed options to repair the scratches. His expertise gave me a great sense of relief. He gave me the best price I could ever imagine and stated he could complete within the next day. After all, I was driving a rental and I was pressed for time. Upon returning to the shop I was so impressed by the restoration of the rental car! I expressed my gratitude over and over again! I gave him a hug too! I never do that to a business owner, but I couldn't think of a better way to express my appreciation. It was at that time I was ask to give Johnny's shop a good rating. I said I would be more than happy to do it for him. Now, if he didn't know any better he probably thought I forgot about him and the work his shop had done for me because the work was complete weeks ago, but I didn't forget and never will! An attempt to steal my car last November resulted in some major interior vandalism, and it took 3 months to get the parts into the U.S. During this time, CC kept me updated, took care of me with speed as the parts trickled in, and made sure I was well attended. Everyone at the Norco CC seemed to make me feel a top priority with their friendliness and accommodation to help me out during the lengthy process (not their fault, btw, but because parts were not readily available in the States)...top notch professionals who actually practice empathy and care. “Made an appointment with Paul at JBM to take my F150 in for a ReadyLIFT leveling kit installation, including an alignment and headlight adjustment. JBM Offroad is definently the place to go for quality customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and a wide range of Offroad products. Both Paul and Mark handle the front office and oversight and are top notch at what they do. Stellar customer service. I was told by Paul that after about 1000 miles to bring it back for a check torque on hardware and overall alignment. Joel was the technician who installed the lift kit, handled the alignment, and adjusted my headlights. The shop is very clean and professional, as is the office and waiting area. I was told the truck would be ready at 2:30 pm and it was ready at 2 10 pm. Great service, people, products, and experience. Highly recommended for all of your offroad needs. 35 minutes from Mission Viejo in Corona off the 91 near the 71. A one-stop shop!”

“My car was hit from behind in the rear by a hit and run driver my insurance company recommended auto collision center. The staff was always friendly and nice. I am very picky about my car and I am happy to say that auto collision center did an excellent repair above and beyond what I was expecting. My car looks brand new again. They even repaired my phone plug in's that had fallen out in the back seat. And I am thankful and grateful for them. The only thing that I have negative to say is that parts took a really long time to get but if you have the patience to wait for a job well done it's well worth it!!!!”
