“The office is located on the 3rd floor, so you need to pass through the lobby to take the elevator.
The staff are friendly, especially Thomas, who helped me return my package.
The only downside is that you have to pay a handling fee because it's located inside a hotel.
However, considering the distance to other FedEx Offices and the convenience of having this service inside the hotel, the fee is understandable.”
