The woman banker with glasses is super nice and helpful, she resolves all the issues regarding my bank account very professionally without showing any impatience!!

Multiple experiences at this particular location. EVERYONE is awful and there is ZERO customer service. I do advise going to literally any other location or bank. At such a prominent spot you think corporate would step in to do ANYTHING to improve how the staff treats customers.
