“I came across Emerson Fine Jewelry while searching for an establishment that can assist with watch battery replacement. They were so kind and accommodating - I drove from Moreno Valley to Redlands. They charge $10 per battery. Other places told me their prices depended on the type of watch I have. I replaced batteries on 2 Michael Kors watches and one Michelle watch. I am happy to take my business anywhere that is no BS and super kind. I have other watches I'll need to take back in the near future, and by the way, their jewelry selection is STUNNING! Glad I stopped by. I was also able to do some holiday shopping while I was there, as they are located in the downtown area with other cute shops!”

“My ring Micheal fixed is a favorite I wear all the time. Over the years it has becone thin and finally broke. Micheal took special care of the my ring. He had to sodder it and did a great job, it was really thin and delicate. Pricing was resonable. I will seek his skills in the near future.”

“For me, this shop is a great representation of our small mountain community. They carry a little bit of everything and are very welcoming. The artisan popcorn is very delicious. My daughter absolutely loves the scented candles she bought. I found a couple of perfect gifts for a care package I was sending off. (Blue Agave Soap Bar and Raspberry Lip Balm)If you come up the mountain, no matter how long your stay, try to visit all of our local shops, but make sure Hearth & Sage is at the top of your list along with Mystwood Gallery and Encompass. Those 3 are my favorites!!!”

“I called 4 different coin shops asking what they paid for generic silver rounds and all 4 shops offered less than spot. I called this place and it was the only place that offered over spot. Best price to sell your silver/gold. Previous reviewer doesn't know what he's talking about. Roosevelt dimes are less expensive than Mercury dimes. If you don't believe me, go to SD Bullion and check the prices (in fact, check eBay). He's honest with his evaluations. I will definitely return here to sell my silver/gold because he offers over spot. Call around to other places first and you won't see anyone offer over spot prices.”

“Highly recommend! Awesome customer service! I have been looking for months for this ring and was about to give up. I was done searching in all the Malls and Jewelry Stores. All I wanted was a plain 7/8 mm white gold comfort fit ring. Nobody had this in their stores. Only 3mm and it was making me frustrated. They could only tell me how much it would cost and they wanted 1/2 down just to order what they think I wanted. Jewelry store had to order it anyway, so I took the chance and started shopping online instead. I started searching on the weekend and the lady who called me back on her day off insure me that they were a real store and described the ring I was looking at. The price was half of what the Jewelers wanted and I had it engraved too. It was an intense two week wait, but in the end it was the Perfect Ring!”

“If I could give him 10 stars I would. I needed to have my wedding ring fixed and it is a very intricate setting. He came highly recommended and I was VERY nervous to leave my ring since I have never left my ring with any jeweler. He exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him. He is not only very trustworthy, professional, and has many years of experience but he also has an eye for design and was able to see what was important in my design and to my surprise his finished setting/design was even better than my original.
