The San Bernardino location near Sams Club could use some customer service training from this team.My husbands phone was having sim card issues. Adrian went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. The highlight of this review is the amount of time, effort, and detail Adrian put into taking care of us. From cleaning the sim tray to explaining our insurance coverage and providing written instructions for my forgetful spouse.Thank you, Adrian .. people who take pride in what they do is a rare find nowadays. “Like so many other Boost customers, I received email messages about the 5G upgrades. I was with Virgin Mobile-turned Boost Mobile since 2008. Since I was having to upgrade my phone, I decided to look into another carrier to compare phones and plans. At first, Verizon looked comparable. So I stopped by their store. That visit was a complete disaster. Bait and switch tactics at their worst. You can read that review under Verizon/Victra, Olson Dr., Rancho Cordova. Still on edge from the Verizon stop, but also still needing a new phone; I drove to the Boost Mobile store at 10401 Folsom Blvd. What a difference. Small, homey little shop where the employees were delightful, professional and pleasant. They had the phone I wanted and we had a little fun during the activation process. Thank you Selina - you're a gem.”

“Helpful staff. I'm going here in the future instead of talking to customer service on the phone who always try to scam you into not canceling service with their no knowledge of what they say. It's always something different. On the phone with Spectrum, I was told if I wanted to keep my internet I'd have to keep the cable...which is a total lie! Go to the Spectrum store instead of calling Spectrum.”

“My wife and I went to the Redlands corporate store after our horrible experience at Verizon in yucaipa.We meet a associate named Angelina who treated us like family! She did for us all the things that the yucaipa store said was over or not available Including the phone that no one had, note yucaipa store is not a corporate store but Angelina had the phone!She explained everything to us and was honest and so helpful.She is an outstanding associate and does a Great job! “Frontier has been installing fiber optics in our neighborhood and I wanted to upgrade from spectrum. The technician did a great job of installing the box in the garage and we have 2 wifi routers with Ethernet ports. It only cost $10 more per month for 5X the speed and the price is locked in for 3 years. I recommend Frontier only if you can get fiber optics not DSL.”

“I've had to come here several times because customer support was unable to help me on the phone. Each time the wait wasn't too bad. All of the employees were super friendly. Tons of parking outside and a Starbucks next door if you need some caffeinated fortification. The store is super clean and large and they have a clear check-in policy. I was helped with a great attitude both times, I have to say Steven rocks, such a good dude, helped me solve my problem and even took the time to explain everything to me. I'll be headed back Friday for some more difficulties with the phone, not even angry about it cuz I know everyone's cool.”
