Stay away from this unethical company. I was quoted $360/mo for several business lines and I’ve been paying $800+/mo. The sales rep said it wasn’t his problem and customer service says they can’t help and to speak to this branch and the circles continue. I filed complaints with the BBB and the FCC and they have so far refunded about $2,000. They still owe me about $5,000. I’ve already cancelled 7 lines with the last 5 porting out soon. This has been ongoing for over a year and a half. Called customer service and sent emails nearly 4 dozen times and received a call the day after the complaints were received. A quote for services issued by Verizon is a legally binding contract. Do Not let these thieves tell you otherwise. @Verizon don’t bother responding with please reach out to us for help. Y’all had a chance to correct this. See you in court. Going for the $10000 limit.

So yesterday in the afternoon 3-13-2024 I went to this store to get accessories and have my phone setup. I received my iPhone 15 Pro Max from Verizon's website not a 3rd party. This is important moving forward. Since my last time being at Verizon, they now have a $30 setup and go fee. I don't mind that because it does take time. It's new but probably necessary to have this charge. I called my son to check and his concern was this was a third party store. I confirmed this is a Verizon corporate store so I was in the right place. The person helping me wanted nothing to do with me. This is his explanation. If he can get a new line he would be glad to help or an upgrade but because I bought the phone online through Verizon he doesn't get credit towards his quota. His comment was that I needed to go to the Apple Store if I had questions on the phone. I'm 75, it is very hard to get places and I was told by Verizon that they could assist me at the store. I did NOT buy the phone at a third-party retailer and have been with Verizon for over 15 years. I bought accessories hoping this would ease the tension. It did not. I asked for a wireless chargesr a case and screen protector. At this point I asked his name and he said Sam. My son called me and I told him what was happening, and my son asked to speak to the manager. Sam said the manager was busy. That never happened but my son who is the principle on the account called VZW customer service and reported the issue. Sam put all of my accessories in a bag and handed it to me and incredulously asked if there was anything else. First, he sold me a wall charger and I was too afraid to ask for the wireless charger I originally asked for. Secondarily, I hope this is not Verizon. So, to sum up my visit, if you have questions about your phone or just need a little help this is not the place for you. Unless you can benefit the salesman to help with their quota you are human trash. They won't help even after you pay the $30 fee to "Setup" your phone. They want new lines and upgrades. If they help people with questions, they could have been helping with people that want a new line or upgrade, so they want anyone with questions out of the store. Thats the sad state of how I was treated but I felt the need to pass this on. When a customer becomes a number do they stay loyal to the brand.

Sam is by far the worst customer service representative. His attitude was not it. Thank god I switched over to AT&T.

Rose is not friendly and not helpful at all, No compassion for someone who just spent $1000 on a phone, She did not care at all. There is always a problem when picking up orders here. No wonder the store is always empty and employees are sitting at the door waiting.

My mom went here last Sunday (11/26/2023) for help on her account and instead of helping, the employees didn't offer any assistance and instead gave her a post it note with a number telling her to call it for help. She said there were 5 people at the store all sitting down that didn't help her. We ended up going to another Verizon store since the number they gave her didn't offer her the assistance she needed. This store couldn't help her, but another store was able to? TERRIBLE customer service and lazy employees

Cesar was very helpful the minute we walked in, he gave us the best and fast customer service. We were in a rush to go to work too and saved us time. I would definitely will continue buying from this store because of him. Customer service means EVERYTHING and I don't mind driving the extra mile just for that.

Went in today with my husband, i was transferring my plan from a different carrier to his plan, upgrading my phone, and linking my watch. Kacey helped us today and she was AMAZING, she's very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We spent quite a bit of time with her working through hiccups while transferring my phone over and she just went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. If y'all do employee of the month or something, she should be it! We will definitely be using this store as our main location now.

I went in today to get a new phone. My current phone has been acting up in several ways. When they brought out the new phone I was told there is a $35 fall or activation fee that cannot be waved. Then I was told that they are just selling me the phone and I have to do all the set up myself as for switching all my information over via iCloud. First time I was told this. On all the previous iPhones I have purchased the Verizon store I went to did that for me. All they needed was my to put in my password and Apple ID. I left without purchasing anything. I plan to goto another location and have them assist with that.

Not only does this specific location practice poor customer service, they also practice discrimination in their hiring process. I am an experienced 8 year veteran with a reputable background in sales who previously worked for an indirect channel of Verizon Wireless. I went through the interview process, in which the manager name dropped a specific individual who I am confident defamed my character to her. In recent events it has came to light Dulce hired a terminated employee due to time card fraud from the same indirect channel. A slap in the face to ethical and morally correct employees. I pray no other valuable candidate be treated unfairly in their hiring process and I hope this sends a message on their screening process. They won’t call a previous employer to verify if you’re a good fit but they certainly will hire a liar on the spot without verification. I do not recommend starting up service here there are about 9-10 other surrounding Verizon locations with ethical practices and willing customer service.
