“Took my dog here after he was being rehomed to me and I was a little nervous and embarrassed because he was so dirty I felt bad for how much work he was going to be but FELICIA was the sweetest person ever she was so friendly and welcoming she seems to really love her job and when she came out with my dog I was expecting to hear some feedback about him being difficult but she had nothing but good things to say about her experience with my doggy. I love that she also shared some silly details about my dog during his process here are some before and after pictures to show just how good she did!!”

“I’ve been here a couple of times to buy some Parakeets on two different occasions. I’m not sure why some of these reviews say the employees are rude. All three of them greeted us and were helpful. The young girl was very helpful in helping pick out our birds. Both times we were there in the morning and they were cleaning out cages and feeding the animals. Floors were being mopped. Only reason why I gave 4 stars, it’s a bit crowded. Not much room to move around the Isles. Other than that, we liked it and we will continue to shop there.Also, I wouldn’t want everyone coming in to hold/touch and photograph the birds if I were the owner. People will just come by to do it regularly and bring their kids like a petting zoo.I don’t blame the owners for setting a price for it.”
