“I used Michael at Pacific Carpets once before when I re-carpeted my home. Michael and Jesse were both very helpful. I was unsatisfied with the way the carpet was put down along the stairs. Both Michael and Jesse assured me it would be redone to my satisfaction, it was.
Michael had to reorder carpet to replace along my stairs with no additional cost to me.

So, when I was ready to remodel my kitchen, Pacific Carpets was one of the companies I obtained a quote from.

I am very HAPPY with my new kitchen. Michael was with me every step of the way. He was always available for any questions or concerns, helping with design, color and product choices. Michael is very patient and tries to make the client happy, even if they are a little difficult, like me.
Michael has a good eye and helped create my beautiful kitchen.

Jesse and Roger at the office were also so patient and helpful when I was trying to decide on my Subway Tiles and Backsplash.

The only negative, remodel took longer than expected.
