“I have an older Jeep with some underbody rust. Although I have a warranty, a local Jeep dealership held the car for 3 weeks, claimed the warranty wouldn't apply due to the rust, and then quoted me $7000 to replace a clutch. Insane. But Eric at South Bay Auto Repair did the job in 2 days (plus the transfer case) for a fraction of the Jeep dealer's quote. The whole experience at South Bay Auto was efficient, honest, and reassuring. Eric restored more than my transmission; he restored my faith in humanity. This will be our "I know a guy..." shop for as long as my wife and I live here. Bonus: ask to see the wicked guitar collection.”

“This team is very competent. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee at the dealership to fix a intermittent engine light that kept coming on. Jeep dealer said, I need new engine. These guys found that my cam position sensor was cracked and oil was getting into it causing the engine light due to a short. Also, praise God! I also did pray they would find the problem and fix it. Hallelujah!”

“I wrote this review about a month after going to Kike's to give more of an accurate account.
What an amazing experience! I had to get my rotors and pads changed and I called/went to different locations to get price quotes. In doing so, I am also look for great customer service and no doubt, Kike's was AMAZING! Kike came up to the car with a caring smile and very professional and courteous. He took a look at the pads/rotors and gave me his honest opinion and we worked out a price and about 1.5 hours or so later, the car was done and ready to go. This was about a month ago and the car is going great. Thank you so much Senor Kike! I really appreciate you and your amazing team in great work and exceptional customer service! “I have been a customer of Alliance Auto Care for more than 20 years, since when the workshop was in Hermosa Bch. l used to pass by to go to my work, I honked and waited for them to answer me with a goodbye, which always happened. I remember that the car I have until today, a
1999 Toyota Camry, it was thanks to Oscar who found it and took care of it when it was necessary. Ramiro is his team became our friends, they are the best. I would like to see them more often, but it is their fault for doing such a perfect service that I don't need to go back lol. “Mike is the absolutely most honest and reliable mechanic. I’ve been going to Mike for about 15 years now and he’s still as honest as can be. Reasonably priced and will never try to rip you off. He has even sent me back home when the dealer told me I needed a certain part and Mike told me my car was not in need of anything. That’s when I realized he’s the most honest mechanic I have met. Only problem is I moved about an hour and a half away but that doesn’t stop me from getting my vehicle towed to Mike when in need.”
“After doing quite a bit of research and price shopping, I ended up going with American Tire Depot and am very happy with my overall experience and decision, here’s why:
When I called in, I spoke to Kyle who was super helpful with all my questions. It was evident that he valued my business, and was not hesitant in earning it. Being talked to and cared for as another human, and not just a number is something I deeply value when considering what business I will support. When Kyle was not available, I spoke and worked with the manager Louís, who was equally amazing. They both exemplified going the extra mile to earn my business with a sense of ease, and that’s why they got it!
American Tire Depot, Kyle and Louís both deserve promotions and a nice raise!

Every other one in the area didn’t want to take my car on due to it being 5:30 but Raymond accommodated me well. He was communicative, friendly and even worked with me on the price. Go hear for your car issues you won’t regret it”

“This is the first time at this location but 3rd at Valvoline. Quick and efficient service. Everyone there is so customer service oriented! I wish other businesses could follow this example and level of quality service and care. Danielle was the new manager there and was so helpful. Not only did I find out what was wrong with my car (came for oil since had the warning light go off) they had all my records from my previous visits at other locations. They have my loyalty for sure.”
“Family owned, wife and husband are honest. They check your issue and they tend to suggest to purchase all repair items at the local O'Reilly (down the street) which have part guarantees.
They tell you what's wrong and you purchase your parts, come back and they charge you labor. No eye gouging prices.”
“Michael at J and M auto is the most honest mechanic I've ever known. He genuinely cares for the customers that come in as well as their needs and limits. Several times he's made sacrifices for the sake of others peoples circumstances and he's also not greedy. The best part is that he is a very skilled professional that has been in the business over 20 years and can do anything to anything with a motor in it. He's also skilled with stereo systems, computer design, and a variety of other things if you just ask. This man can literally do ANYTHING. What a godsend! “I brought my car there for checking the brakes and rotors! I have been recommender to change both brake pads and rotors for both rear and front. The brake and rotor check costs around 35 bucks which gets waived if you have it replaced there! The rotors and pad parts costed me 500 bucks and the labor costed 360 bucks. The staff were friendly and they did a good job and told me to bring the car back if there was any issue. My only concern was the labor and part costs which seemed a little bit higher than I expected! You can check if it worth it or not!”

“Caring and great customer service. The shop supposedly close at 6pm. When I got to the tire shop, it was 6:06pm and the rep was preparing to close. However, the two employees helped me , checked all tires and fixed the flat tire. Tony was very helpful and kind person to address my tire problem along with his coworker.

“I like how quick the device was for my oil change. It took less than 30 mins. The lady at the front took care of me and was really attentive.
