“Been to this location a few times and they are very efficient. Never had a problem with Valvoline. They go over and beyond to make sure they are thorough. The staff here are very friendly and informative, just like in Hermosa Beach. Whatever location you go to they can pull up your VIN up in their system and see the vehicle history so you don't have to keep up with it. Love how easy it is and that I don't have to sit in a waiting room. So convenient. They also check other fluids, wipers, lights, turn signals, and tire pressure. Also, they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Not only great service but genuine interaction from workers as well. Good, genuine customer service is hard to find these days. I always leave out of the Valvoline stalls feeling like they value me as a customer.”

“Some of your prices are out of line. I was quoted $70 to replace my cabin air cleaner. Amazon has the filter for $10 and in my car it takes about 15 seconds to change. Another customer was quoted $ 30 to change a brake light bulb.”
“I haven't made any transactions with DP YET, but I did call yesterday and spoke with Ben who was very nice, patient and honest when answering/explaining everything I asked about. I literally cried tears of joy after getting off of the phone with him and sent DP's info to friends & family, prices seem fair and they're not going to do work on your car that you don't need.”
