I called South Bay Collision Center Repair and Andy helped me right away. He coordinated everything with the other guys insurance, down to the pick up and drop off time of my rental vehicle and the location. He dropped me off at the rental place to get the car too! He went way above and beyond to get everything fixed perfectly. He even got some additional damages covered that had been caused by the accident. He did everything and communicated everything to the insurance company. He also kept me updated throughout the whole process. It was a HUGE relief to me. It was literally painless. I can’t say enough about it and have told my entire family and anyone who will listen how happy I was to have my car back brand new again. One of my coworkers even said my car looked brand new. Ten out of ten service. Oh, I needed a new key fob and he ordered that for me too!”
