Unlike another one I went to, the staff here are friendly, there's sometimes a short line but it always moves fast, I know I don't need to worry or think about my package again once it's in their hands. Parking is also easy. It's overall an easy, enjoyable experience. This will definitely be my go to UPS store from now on.”

“Everyone that works here is so helpful and sweet. I went in to get a live scan and fingerprinting done. The lady that helped was so patient and nice. We had to do my fingerprints a couple times because my hands are prone to sweating but regardless she was very sweet to me and was very thorough with making sure my prints went through.”

Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.”

After being told from 2 previous stores that my order wouldn't be available until tomorrow (both stores were completely empty and the employees were standing around) Kamy was super pleasant and willing to help! She even assisted me with finding a new resume/portfolio folder :) you can tell a lot about her character because two other guest came into the store and knew her by name. Thank you Kamy! I definitely know where to go if I ever need anything printed.”

I met a teacher there and I asked her if she ever heard of latch hook and she told me yes and they had them there, I haven't had them since I was 11 when my nana taught me, so I ended up buying two of them and I came to find out I have not forgotten how to latch hook, my nana, may she rest in peace, would be proud I also found Pop Rocks it's a candy which I haven't seen in about 40 years. “Awesome; there was only one person ahead of me in line. I didn't even wait five minutes, and I just handed my mail to the clerk; she was so nice. Not waiting in line for a long period of time was fantastic because I was in a rush to get back home. There was a community wide garage sale in the compound where I live, and I wanted to touch base with some of my neighbors. I purchased some DVDs from the neighbor who lives across from me. I simply like to have the disk just in case some of the movies aren't shown through AT&T ever again.”
