Recommend calling ahead to let them know you're coming in (I went half an hour before my appointment time and they were happy to serve me). Fingerprints sent to DOJ and results in 15 minutes. Super nice guys and very satisfied. Would recommend coming here for LiveScan! They're also the only location open on Saturdays in the area.”

“I had a challenge ahead of me -- a painting that needed to be shipped, quickly and inexpensively, from Berkeley CA to Rockford, IL for an upcoming art show. The painting normally hangs, scroll-style, from an oak upper rail. I draped it in muslin and rolled it, then took it to be Handled With Care. In a very short time, they'd fabricated a sturdy cardboard box, secured it inside, and the painting was labeled and ready to go. The cost was reasonable for us starving-artist types, and the painting will arrive with plenty of time for hanging at the show venue. Darren and his crew are on my Heroes' List forever!”

“The nicest people in town own this business. They are so helpful and kind. I have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. Even when I moved out the area I still kept my box here because of the customer service. When I moved back to town I was glad I kept it because the word was out that this is the place to do business. I absolutely adore Tim and Marry Tess. Now their children work there too and they are the sweetest. The apple did not fall far from the tree. If you need a mailbox, copy service, or if your mailing something off, please go here and do business with them, you will be glad you did.”

“I needed a document notarized and overnited to a title company in Washington. I found the closest UPS store in the Richmond Marina area and called. Voice mail. You know it's not going to get answered when they ask you to leave the date and time you called. Surprise, they never called me back. Instead, I headed over to see them in person. No notary there and they were not sure when she would be there. Great. From the parking lot, I called the UPS store off San Pablo. They answered and were ready to help. In about 10 minutes, I pulled up in front. Fantastic service. Very fun to talk to and would do business with them again in a heartbeat.”

There's never been a line here that I've seen, not to say it doesn't happen because other UPS stores I've been to always have long lines. But so far so good.
