“So I visited world phones twice now - 1st Time my phone was smashed to pieces and Darryl put it back together like it was brand new - amazing!!! 2nd time. my phone went swimming for a couple hours and again Darryl put it back together like it was brand new - incredible!! Prices are good. Timing is the best, super quick and I trust him 110%. Thank you thank you for being so knowledgeable and great at what you do. “Gary was amazing. Helped me choose the right Pixel 6 screen to replace my broken one and once I received it, he was able to fix my phone on the same day I told him I received the new screen. “Went to this store to buy a phone and by the time I got rang up the amount due had increased by $100. I questioned muhammad who got really upset. He provide horrible customer service. He was so upset because I did not want all the extras he had added to the plan. I finally bought the phone but he did not help me set up my phone. However , there was another representative present at the store his name is Hamza , he was the reason why I gave the higher stars. If you ever go to this store wait to get service from Hamza . He was patient, polite, really helpful and a true example of what good customers service should be like. Thanks for the great service Hamza.”

“The customer service was exceptional. Despite the area of vallejo its located, it was extremely clean and profesional environment. Everything routinely santitized. I was helped by Uriel. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was overwhelmed with problems when i walked in, but he had patience and resolved everything quickly. Making it possible for me to handle the rest of my day. The manager was also very sweet and helpful, although I did not catch her name.Their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with the Metro on 3315 Sonoma Blvd was very pleasant.”
“This review is a bit late only because I’m not a person to ever leave reviews but i think this girl definitely deserves it. I recently got a new phone with T-Mobile and had the luck of being helped by Jenine and I honestly loved her. She was so kind, helpful and on top of all VERY PATIENT!!. For whatever reason the system messed up when giving me my phone number and it took a whole week for me to be able to get a working phone. Through out that week Jenine would keep me updated and would call every customer service number possible, spending hours on the phone trying to find someone who can help her solve the problem and was even trying to go in on her day off just so i can have a working phone. I would also like to applaud her for dealing with her manager and his rude attitude towards her in front of customers. He speaks to her so rudely and demanding almost yelling, made me kind of uncomfortable. And seems like he’s s too comfortable with it. Anyways this girl needs a raise or something she was the best!”

“Arrived at this location and we were greeted by Eric and Alphonse. Both were super friendly and courteous. Alphonse assisted us with a prepaid service for an international phone user. Alphonse was very knowledgeable and helped us through the entire process. The store was super clean and presentable. Lots of parking upfront. I highly recommend this location. Cynthia took her time and patiently navigated through things really smooth and made sure we left the store satisfied and ready to use our new phones ! “I've never had such a great experience in a cell phone store ever until I worked with both Brenda and Ken at this location. We were dreading going into the store after all of the run around we received over the phone in just trying to send back our old cell phones for the trade-in program. Brenda was absolutely amazing and provided such great customer service. She could not have made the process any easier and fun at the same time. She and Ken were very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we made. Both of these employees went above and beyond for us. They made us feel confident in our decision to move entirely to AT&T and for me, everything in Apple. This location will be our home base moving forward.”
“Thankfully, it wasn't too hard to call for billing support. For some strange reason, my mobile billing dashboard is not easily accessible from a desktop and there have always been problems just making simple updates that apply to both my home and mobile...I ended up overdrafting my bank account badly because the Autopay update I made on the desktop didn't extend the update to my mobile phone bill which is also through ATT. I wish they changed the way the billing dashboard is so this kind of stuff doesn't happen. It seems logical enough to update your account on a desktop and have it apply to your whole account, but apparently, that's just not how ATT wants to work. Also, the website and app have a very hard time loading on their standard internet package. Frustrating, but again, just happy I was able to call and get a very understanding billing support specialist on the phone.”
