“I recently switched over to AT&T and had to go into the store on McDonald Ave in Richmond. I was there for about 31/2 to 4hrs, I did leave twice and went back in that timeframe. I was greeted very kindly by Matt. He was absolutely awesome! Then I had the pleasure of being helped by Ivan who was so gracious. I made a friend with a regular patron while waiting, there was also Jesus and finally Chris! These guys all had one thing in common, they were kind and knowledgeable, they all acknowledged every person that walked in exactly the same, with respect. It's rare these days to go to a business where I see people working together as a team and treating each other and customers with respect and kindness. I was literally the last one to leave! I give you guys, Matt, Ivan, Chris, Jesus and everybody else that works there Great Big Virtual Hug. Keep doing what you guys are doing and thank you for blessing me with your time and hard work. “This is a review for the pick up service. Wow, I am SO impressed with walmart's pick up service. I have ordered through pick-up twice and it was so great. The first time I ordered lashes and some other items that I knew were locked up and I didn't wanna go through the hassle of waiting for someone to open the glass for the multiple locked items. I parked, called the number, and someone was out within 5 minutes. The second time I ordered some items but unfortunately two of the five items were out of stock so they substituted it. When I got there, I was able to decline the substituted items and get my refund right then and there. I would also like to add that walmart now has the option to opt for bags or not. This is an option that I wish Target, Walgreens and many other stores would have as I am always charged for bags I didn't receive and have to go through the trouble of calling customer service. Overall, I really recommend shopping through the walmart app or online for pick up. It is so much smoother and efficient.”

“We have been coming to this place for months to figure out what is wrong with my phone. No one has been able to help us, not to say they didn't try. Then we came in when Ben Taha was working. He helped us immediately and months of stress melted away. He was thourough and clear and knew exactly what he was doing. You guys have a gem there. Hopefully he is well respected. He should consider starting his own business someday. Very intelligent and personable. He deserves a raise ....thank you from Eleana And Todd”
