“Thank you Khan, Rizwan and team for your quick mobile tire replacement service.
I needed my Polestar 2’s 20 inch tires replaced quickly and found this shop in a maps search. I found this shop’s mobile service to be fast and affordable compared to other tire shops, which either had higher cost or did not have available inventory.
I just called first, and spoke with Khan to find out if they had my tire size and cost (which was very reasonable based on my online search) and then once confirmed, they were at my place in an hour and performed the tire changing in 20 minutes.
Note that the payment was processed via Zelle which was okay with me. I will get a tire rotation (which is usually highly recommended) done at my local tire shop later.
I would definitely recommend for folks looking to get tire changed quickly at their home, especially in the case of emergencies.”

“I have been coming here for car maintenance for my car (2011 crv) since feb 2022.
When I bought my car used and it needed new control arms, shocks and brake rotors, Mr Gurindar laid down the costs with full transparency and all my research on part brands , pricing and "need to repair" came out to be in line of what he quoted me.
He also honestly declined to replacing engine belt that looked old to my untrained eye (but it was in good working condition). He goes extra mile and puts panel clips in the missing areas .
My friends come from south bay to GBR auto repairs for their oil changes and other maintenance since he provides value and honesty which is hard to find now days.

Staff was friendly, but didn't have the tire I needed. They also get calls all the time about Google Maps sending people to the wrong location. I have suggested an edit to Google, so lets see if they accept it.”

“I honestly don't know why it took me this long to finally write a review for Hayward Tire Pros when they have helped me so much this past couple of years with my tire needs. Just a little recap before I share my amazing experience with Shane and his crew this weekend. This tire shop is right off the freeway across from the business Costco. Whenever I need my tire patch because Bay Area freeways are so amazing, Hayward Tire Pros has always helped me and has never charged me anything to patch my tires.About 2 months ago, I was in dire need of replacing two of my tires, so of course I decided to go here and get a quote. I received 2 quotes, one for the same set of tires I had on my car which was a little bit more on the expensive side and then I got another quote for the Hercules tire brand. It personally did not make any sense to me to buy 2 brand new tires of the brand I had on my car if it wasn't going to match the rest of my tires so I decided to go with the Hercules brand. I was hoping to just get my tire patch because it kept on going low on me and then they showed me that my tires needed replacing which I also saw and that's when I decided to go with just replacing my tires.Fast forward to this weekend, Saturday (12/09). I am such a procrastinator when I decided to go to their shop at 4:30 when they close at 5 pm on a Saturday. They were closing up shop already and Shane and his team were all ready to go home. I didn't force them I understood if I had to come back on a different day I just wasn't sure when I was gonna be able to come back at that point since I was going to be working starting Sunday. Shane asked me to pull up next to their bay and said they would work on my car. Mind you, all their roll-up gates were already closed and they were ready to close for the night but Shane decided to help me and for this, I am very appreciative. Another challenge they had was that they sold out of the same brand I have on my car. Shane explained to me some options they have for a temporary fix and while we were figuring this out, one of his guys called a different shop to see if they had the same tires and amazingly they did. They told me another shop had it and that it would around 20 minutes for it to get to their shop which I was okay with. Once the tires got there they installed it and I was good to go. Shane explained to me that tire rotations are included on my new tires every 5000 miles. He also suggested I check my alignment which I will come back for. Shane also noticed that my tire sensor was still on and I explained to him that my sensors were bad so he went and checked if that was the issue and thank god we did since 2 out of the 4 tires had a dead sensor. It was also good that they checked cause at least I now know that I only have 4 sensors and that my spare did not have a sensor. All in all, I have never had a bad experience with Hayward Tire Pros. I am not just saying this because of my experience on Saturday. I have seen them in action, helping other customers simply put air on their tires because it's low. You can be someone who needs new tires or someone who simply needs a patch on their tire and they treat you with the utmost respect.They will not try to screw you over just to make a quick buck. They have been here since I moved to Hayward 8 years ago and probably before that.I highly, recommend Hayward Tire Pros for your tire needs. They are very trustworthy and reliable. Thanks again Shane for you and your crew for helping me last minute.”
