“I was a bit stuck and facing a time crunch to ship a whole bunch of small roller suitcases asap. Found Baywater online and paid them a visit first thing in the AM. Amber and Berto in the office were super helpful and responsive. They took measurements of the suitcase (I had one with me as a sample) and worked with the warehouse manager to quickly find me a box that was a great fit. Definitely recommend - I'll be back for sure!”
“I occasionally use the Postal Annex up on Jackson by the Safeway. I pick up shipping supplies, and use their fax services. They are very friendly but often very crowded. They could use another person behind the counter to better service their customers. If not for the line being so long, I would give them five stars.”
“It was my first visit to this location. It's a lot larger than the post office I usually use. It has a small-town, intimate ambiance, with the cherry wood framing and open, welcoming layout. I really liked the display of available stamps, so much so, I bought a few packs though I seldom mail envelopes. The clerk was very nice and helpful.”

“Came in for a walk In appointment for the hours of 9-10am. There was a long line as expected, but what I really appreciate is as it was getting close to 10am, Ms. Irma and her staff did not turn those who were waiting. However. She came out and explained the options of waiting times because they do have to serve appointments too. She walked the line answering questions. I really appreciate her not turning us in line away after walk-in hours were over. Mr. Eddie processed my application in a timely manner and was very friendly, humorous and nice to chat with about traveling. I highly recommend to come with your photos & copies of Documentation as it speeds up the process when you go to the back. They all have excellent customer, thank you staff”

“So happy that this location opened near an errand hotspot AKA across the street from Target! Every time I have go to the UPS at other locations, I always felt weird or somewhat embarrassed because I had to return 10 things and I would take a while trying finding my Amazon QR codes. Not this place! The employees are so welcoming, warm and patient — making the experience not feel like an annoying errand or a burden to them. They are fast and you’re in & out in minutes, even if you’re returning a bunch of things! I believe it’s independently owned so go and support :)”
