“This is my go to location for all ups related business. I love their new hours. They close a little later than most ups stores and are now open on Sunday’s which is super helpful with all this online shopping going on nowadays. I always arrive a little late, a few minutes past their normal business hours and they still make the exception to take my packages even though they could simply refuse. The new owners are very kind and pleasant to work with compared to the previous ones. Back at the start of 2020 when Covid was disrupting business as usual the previous owners stopped giving us receipts for our packages which caused huge issues whenever packages ended up missing or stolen so I stopped coming here but ever since the new management took over this place has been best ups store around.”

“I occasionally use the Postal Annex up on Jackson by the Safeway. I pick up shipping supplies, and use their fax services. They are very friendly but often very crowded. They could use another person behind the counter to better service their customers. If not for the line being so long, I would give them five stars.”

“Amazing service & great rates. They were the best rates I could find in the bay area, and the service fee was only $4.95, which is great if you are exchanging any large amount. Additionally, every time I called, the owner picked up and was happy to answer my questions (I had a lot of questions, so it was very much appreciated!). On the day I planned to come in, I was running late, so I called ahead and the owner said he would stay open an extra half an hour. My mail always ends up in my box and not someone else's--sounds like a low bar, but that has never been true of any other place. If I don't pick up my mail for months, it's held for me, no problem. I was referred to PGL by a local outfit that didn't do cross country. Joe and his crew scooped this fragile piece up, crated in, sent me images of the crating process(!), and got it there in time. The kicker was the skinny side street the client lived on couldn't handle the big rig so the shipper's agent wheeled the crate down the block. Nothing but the highest praise.”

Borrow the Dolley that's outsiden& Bring your box right outside the door, she will tag your box with a sticker then fill out form for payment. Pay about $75 for Bicol/Albay. So far all my boxes have arrived and no issues.”

Amber and Berto in the office were super helpful and responsive. They took measurements of the suitcase (I had one with me as a sample) and worked with the warehouse manager to quickly find me a box that was a great fit.
