“It's a nice pharmacy to get to for ordering prescriptions and picking them up when they are either out of stock or not available for mail order. They even have a miniature cafe stand comparable to what you can find near the register at the San Leandro cafeteria. I must say three cheers to Chicken Salad Sandwiches at Kaiser Sleepy Hollow. Was very surprised. Suggestion - If you have Paratransit and you take it to pickup at this pharmacy and return home schedule many days in advance because if you call the day before you may not get the short wait schedules which is not Kaisers fault just saying :) FYI Bus 60 and 86 can get you there. Bus 60 going toward Mission Blvd goes directly back to BART from the vicinity of the Kaiser building.”
“If you're looking for a new pharmacy hands down this is the place. They have the best customer service. I noticed my son had run out of one of his medications. I called to see if it was ready and they asked if I wanted to come and pick it up now. Mind you when i called it was was 10 minutes away from closing and and I live 10 min away. They informed me that they would wait for me which they did and I'm writing this forever greatful.If you are looking for a new pharmacy hands down this is the place.”

“This was my first time shopping at CVS on Jackson. The service I received was exceptional. I was greeted by the cashier as I walked in, who was in the middle of ringing up another customer (and had a short line). She greeted me, asked if I needed help, and then told me which isle and which side of the isle the item was on. If that wasn't impressive enough, once I came back to the front of the store to get in line, another cashier opens up to help with the line. I must have been in the store for no more than 4 minutes. Based on this experience, everyone was friendly, knew their job; making for an ideal shopping experience, which is impossible to find these days. Thank you!”

“Just a quick update on Costco Hayward. Costcos are generally the same around. This one is not too bad and has a plenty of parking. I rarely go to this one as it's a further one. It is a pretty busy location, so try to aim for shopping during non-peak times. This time around it was just a normal Costco run, finding Coke Zero, finding a deal for sweatpants. And easily paid and checked out.”

“The team member is front and center each time I fill my insulin prescription, she's been outwardly kind and recognizes me when I'm there. She seems to know exactly where different medications are housed and never takes more than a few moments to get everything ready. It's a pleasant experience every time she helps me. This is without question the best pharmacy location I've visited in 20 years of filling my prescriptions for T1 Diabetes.”

“I had an experience with this pharmacy for Covid shots and it was a very positive one. I brought my mom and dad to a Covid shot appointment. I arrived a bit early and the staffer, an elder lady, let me check in early. She was very friendly, helpful and attentive. She welcomed my mom and dad, assisted them in getting shots in a very careful and professional way. My mom and dad are very grateful for receiving quick and top-of-the-notch service from this Safeway pharmacy in general and the staffer in particular.”

“I had been to 3 different Walgreens trying to get my passport photo taken. The first place I went to said their camera was broken. The second place said the person who works the camera was on lunch. The third place was very confussing, I asked a lady and she said she didn't know and walked away. Someone else said that they don't know where the person who works in the photo department is. So I called this place before I wasted my time. The lady who answered the phone was just very rude. I asked if their camera was working and if I was able to take my passport photo. The lasy said, "yea" but I was not sure if she said yeah or nah. So I asked, "Was that a yes or a no?" Her responce with attitude still was, "YES it is working" That's why I knocked down one star. The guy who took my picture was really nice and within minutes it was all done. No more then 5 minutes it was all over. 4 stars to the guy, sorry I didn't get your name who took my passport photo.”
“Got great service! Notified me when my meds were ready to be picked up! Was told of side effects of medications by tall dude with glasses. Never got that at Walgreens or kaiser! Yes building its old and their is some kind of street construction digging all the time. But i get mi meds and im out. Not there to check on the architectural structure or noise control.
