“My family is getting medications to Jade pharmacy. The pharmacy provides great customer service. It informs about prescriptions in a timely fashion and medical advice when reqd. Pharmacy can place orders and give good suggestions about the drug. My father never received supplements in the previous pharmacy. I didn't have any troubles at Jade pharmacy. My only suggestion: to open during weekend or stay open till 8 pm on some week days.”
“Walgreens was my go-to for years, but the long wait in line for prescriptions during Covid made me look for an alternative. This neighborhood, small business pharmacy is the best! Mowry Plaza Pharmacy's staff is the friendliest! There's never a wait and they have all the basics in terms of home healthcare needs. I've been a happy customer for a over a year. I'm so glad to never stand and wait in a long, line at Walgreens again. Pharmacist Riva and Tina at the counter get !”
“Past reviews are weird most pharmacies have you check in 1st so not sure why that's a complaint. It's 6pm there's a lot of people here but there's a full staff knocking out the line and they offered me a water since I had to wait 15 minutes while the made my medicine. Great experience for me”

“This location is really not a FedEx store so much as it is really just a department of the Walgreens store under which it is located. It doesn't really have a dedicated FedEx staff as near as I can tell in the only issue with that is that the photo department store people at the Walgreens have to seem to double as FedEx shippers. It is convenient though so not to take too much away from them, just don't expect full FedEx service at this location.”
“One of our favorite Costcos in the Bay Area. Got lots of stuff we love that you can't find in other locations. Lots of discounts too! And now that the other new Costco has opened in Newark, it's practically empty especially during the weekdays. So easy parking, quick in and out! And the service by the employees is better too cos they're not as busy and rushing as other places!”

“In my past experiences at the pharmacy inside this Walgreens, it is typically VERY busy with long lines, out of stock prescriptions, and too few staff in customer service. But, it appears that the employees are always trying their best. Today, I called before going in and spoke to Tin. He was extremely professional and patiently explained the delay issue with my order. He saved me an unnecessary trip and waiting in a presumably long line. Thank you for your positive attitude and excellent service!”

“The Safeway in Fremont has been good to us we not only took a nap in the parking lot but we were able to grab a nice Sandwich inside as they make beautiful sandwiches with the Boar's Head Meats cut freshly for you you can't beat that. anyway everything else we wanted is there the fresh fruit was nice and as Travelers that were coming through not stocking a household just getting a few things for a snack and lunch we're very happy thank you very much Mr Safeway”

This Safeway is a bit wonky with service, but Bailey is consistent and likely one of the few reasons I continue patronizing this establishment. She is friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. Thank you Bailey for being an outstanding employee to all you encounter at this location.The rest of the staff needs a brush up on customer service skills for sure. Some cashiers don't even say hello, don't thank you--barely a nod. It's hit or miss which is why the 4 stars.However, produce/meat, etc. are consistently fresh, and the aisles are clean and well organized. Never an issue there, which is really the reason you come, right?”

“Highly recommend this store for pharmacy related inquiries, needs and or visits.Talked with employees and found out that they hired a new manager recently. The image reflected in previous string of 1 star reviews reviews is no longer the case.I called a prescription in yesterday and can say it went well. (I was shocked that someone actually picked up the phone and I wasn't put on hold until the end of time). The person that picked up was actually helpful when I inquired about what my insurance covered, brand vs generic. They made sure they had enough in stock before telling me that they would fill it. I was told the usual, it will be ready in 20-30min speach. I actually received an automated call from the store 20min after my call saying it was ready for pick up.In store at the time of my visit the line for the pharmacy was never more than 3-4 people long. I got in and out in about 10min plus or minus.To the individuals working here keep it up!”

“Man all these low star ratings looks like mainly for the pharmacy but definitely understand how frustrating things can get while you're waiting for a long period of time. Used to go to this location frequently due to work being close by. Always great workers and super friendly cashiers. My rating is strictly on the photo side. Needed a quick picture taken before my passport application and the lady who helped me was super quick and very informational. Wish I remembered her name. Speedy process and I got my passport photo within 5-8 mins. For the most part I recommend the photo place. All the workers seem to be working pretty hard. Pharmacy might need more help but other than that it's a good location.”
