Throughout the process, Chen was instrumental with assisting us - with design, product, scheduling (templating, fabrication, install), and constant status followups. She was very professional and extremely great to work with. The templating/fabrication/install team was amazing! Very efficient when doing each of these tasks and the workmanship they performed on the fabrication was incredible - still in awe with the end result. We would definitely recommend Jerong. They are definitely our choice for doing our future home development.”

“Overall great experience with Bedrosians and the store- the tile (Cloe in white) is beautiful, there were no broken tiles in the boxes, good quality and one of not many tile store where you can return unopened boxes if you have some left over. After reading some negative comments (not in relation to Hayward store but overall Bedrosians customer service) I have to say my experience has been great.”

“During the fall of 2020, we needed appliances for our kitchen remodel at our home in Marin. We found Appliance Leaders by doing an online search for the appliances we wanted (Dacor and Miele) as we prefer to support local businesses.Shawn and his team were very open, warm, and gracious; a welcomed experience especially during covid. Shawn was very honest and informative when responding to questions we had. He was fully engaged, and clearly understood our aesthetics and needs which made him effective when showing us different options. We felt at ease, took our time looking around (we brought our dog too!), and didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. Ultimately, we selected 4 Miele appliances, a Dacor hood and range, a Dacor freezer column, and a Dacor refrigerator column. We left feeling good about our purchase, and to date have had no issues whatsoever.Three years later, we are now remodeling our kitchen at our apartment in the City and immediately thought of Shawn! When we saw each other again (this time we brought our now 2 dogs!), it was like no time had passed! This time we purchased a Thermador refrigerator, Miele coffee machine, and Miele dishwasher.Appliances are an expensive commitment, and I cannot think of a more better person for guidance and expertise than Shawn. Not only does he provide a level of personal service you will not find anywhere else, we trust Shawn like family and in fact, consider him family! “We recently remodeled our kitchen using cabinets and countertops from KZ Kitchen in Hayward. We worked very closely with Lynette with the initial design. She was super helpful and easy to work with. She very patient as we made trips to make sure we had everything right. Even during the remodeling process Lynette went out of her way to help us and was super responsive, generally responding to text and phone calls within minutes. We are very happy with the quality of the cabinets as well. The shelves are super sturdy. I would recommend KZ Kitchen to everyone.”

“I was referred to Andrzey by a friend of mine. I met with Andrzey out at my house to discuss my needs on a deck rail countertop. He called me back week later and told me he had some ideas, I came over to his shop with my wife and we looked at his suggestions and we we're both in agreement that this was the direction to go. Andrzey then came back out took the final measurements and within a couple weeks the counter top was installed. Andrzey was both professional and courteous but also gave that feeling you get when you're dealing with an honest person. I will recommend Andrzey to any of my friends or family in the future.”

“We hired HB to do our master bath remodel and they did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. Communication was seamless - the Project Manager Aidan was always quick to respond via text/email to any questions I had during the remodel, and was was very knowledgeable about the whole process. The crew did their best to keep the house clean (covered floor and carpet with cardboard and plastic sheeting, vacuuming debri/dust, etc) which was much appreciated as we lived there with a toddler during the renovations. They worked very quickly and even finished the project ahead of schedule.Highly recommend HB for any home renovation work - we were very pleased with how everything turned out!”
