Communication was seamless - the Project Manager Aidan was always quick to respond via text/email to any questions I had during the remodel, and was was very knowledgeable about the whole process. The crew did their best to keep the house clean (covered floor and carpet with cardboard and plastic sheeting, vacuuming debri/dust, etc) which was much appreciated as we lived there with a toddler during the renovations. “Overall great experience with Bedrosians and the store- the tile (Cloe in white) is beautiful, there were no broken tiles in the boxes, good quality and one of not many tile store where you can return unopened boxes if you have some left over. “During the fall of 2020, we needed appliances for our kitchen remodel at our home in Marin. We found Appliance Leaders by doing an online search for the appliances we wanted (Dacor and Miele) as we prefer to support local businesses.Shawn and his team were very open, warm, and gracious; a welcomed experience especially during covid. Shawn was very honest and informative when responding to questions we had. He was fully engaged, and clearly understood our aesthetics and needs which made him effective when showing us different options. We felt at ease, took our time looking around (we brought our dog too!), and didn't feel pressured to purchase anything. Ultimately, we selected 4 Miele appliances, a Dacor hood and range, a Dacor freezer column, and a Dacor refrigerator column. We left feeling good about our purchase, and to date have had no issues whatsoever.Three years later, we are now remodeling our kitchen at our apartment in the City and immediately thought of Shawn! When we saw each other again (this time we brought our now 2 dogs!), it was like no time had passed! This time we purchased a Thermador refrigerator, Miele coffee machine, and Miele dishwasher.Appliances are an expensive commitment, and I cannot think of a more better person for guidance and expertise than Shawn. “After a frustrating go with another cabinet company, Brad McCarthy swooped in and saved us. He took the time to come out to our house, and measure, as our previous measurements were off - he also personally oversaw our order and made sure everything was right. We had been through quite a bit of previous construction related issues, and Brad was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our process was stress free and successful. Brad answered our multitude of questions, and showed us as many samples, and work-ups as we needed. The plans were phenomenal - crystal clear, and really allowed us to envision what we were getting. He was also very respectful of our budget and did not push us to go over budget at all. He kept us up-to-date regularly and was upfront about what the timeline was in light of all the supply chain issues at the time. We ended up with GORGEOUS cabinets in our fabulous kitchen.
