Neff was so helpful It was 3 minutes from closing time and he had a wonderful attitude helping a HVAC brother out even with clock out time around the corner.

All the counter personnel are very helpful and greet you with a smile. I shop there often and it's nice when you're recognized when you walk in the door. This store has a large showroom with a good variety of HVAC parts, accessories and tools.
