I used this service yesterday trying to ship a package, the woman asked me for my social security number and I know for a fact that I don't need to give my social security number to shop a package. This is a scam, they're trying to steal your identity. Don't use this location, go to a literal FedEx

I was not able to send a package. They make it very hard . Trying to sell extra box that adds up another 14-15 $ . For a small package they asked me for $130, really crazy! i will never use this company again!
