“California Pet Pharmacy's prices are the lowest I have been able to find for my dog's prescriptions, and their customer service is outstanding! I placed an urgent order following surgery for my dog, and they faxed and emailed my vet to push the authorization through asap and then called me to verify that the prescription was approved and was being filled within 24 hours of my request. Such a relief!”

“I've been going to Ted's for 15 years now. I've occasionally tried other pharmacys but always am disappointed with them. At Ted's they are so fast and extremely friendly and very competent. They know exactly what to do with my insurance to get medications covered for me. Some of my medications require prior authorization and they automatically apply for that and usually get it the same day which is a miracle. No other Pharmacy that I've gone to as ever done that for me. Plus as soon as I walk in yeah you automatically say hi and ask how I'm doing I very friendly. They make me feel very welcome and I love the fact that if I can't get down there to pick up my medication they can deliver it. Not many pharmacies do that anymore. So if you're looking for a great Pharmacy try teds.”

“Just a quick update on Costco Hayward. Costcos are generally the same around. This one is not too bad and has a plenty of parking. I rarely go to this one as it's a further one. It is a pretty busy location, so try to aim for shopping during non-peak times. This time around it was just a normal Costco run, finding Coke Zero, finding a deal for sweatpants. And easily paid and checked out.”

“This was my first time shopping at CVS on Jackson. The service I received was exceptional. I was greeted by the cashier as I walked in, who was in the middle of ringing up another customer (and had a short line). She greeted me, asked if I needed help, and then told me which isle and which side of the isle the item was on. If that wasn't impressive enough, once I came back to the front of the store to get in line, another cashier opens up to help with the line. I must have been in the store for no more than 4 minutes. Based on this experience, everyone was friendly, knew their job; making for an ideal shopping experience, which is impossible to find these days. Thank you!”

Her medication is always delivered within a week’s time and always packaged up neatly with additional instructions. The reason for 4 stars is their pricing for 40mg fluoxetine is pretty high compared to Allivet, almost $50 for a two month supply. Now they’ve added a 90 day supply option for $12 which would’ve been nice to know or have before my refill shipped…”

“I came in as I had an online photo order pick up. It has a small parking lot, but there's usually always parking. Some shelves seemed to have low stock, but I've never had any issues not finding what I need at this location. All staff is always nice and helpful. They always have an aisle full of the seasonal items which I like to look at and they have great deals if you make an account with them.”

“I had been to 3 different Walgreens trying to get my passport photo taken. The first place I went to said their camera was broken. The second place said the person who works the camera was on lunch. The third place was very confussing, I asked a lady and she said she didn't know and walked away. Someone else said that they don't know where the person who works in the photo department is. So I called this place before I wasted my time. The lady who answered the phone was just very rude. I asked if their camera was working and if I was able to take my passport photo. The lasy said, "yea" but I was not sure if she said yeah or nah. So I asked, "Was that a yes or a no?" Her responce with attitude still was, "YES it is working" That's why I knocked down one star. The guy who took my picture was really nice and within minutes it was all done. No more then 5 minutes it was all over. 4 stars to the guy, sorry I didn't get your name who took my passport photo.”

“If you're looking for a new pharmacy hands down this is the place. They have the best customer service. I noticed my son had run out of one of his medications. I called to see if it was ready and they asked if I wanted to come and pick it up now. Mind you when i called it was was 10 minutes away from closing and and I live 10 min away. They informed me that they would wait for me which they did and I'm writing this forever greatful.If you are looking for a new pharmacy hands down this is the place.”
