“Nu-Vac is the only place I will bring my vacuums or electronics to because this man who owns Nu-Vac truly cares about what he does and is a Christian who is serving The Lord with his work and his service to help people. He is very honest and charges minimum for his labor and he always goes the extra mile...he walked me out to my car on the street when I brought my vacuum in for repair and he carried it all the way to my car to escort me back so I would be safe and not have a heavy load! Such a gentleman--not a lot of gentlemen around any more! I really appreciate that he is a dedicated worker and that he serves the Lord faithfully and honestly. Thank you--I highly recommend him and it took him literally minutes to repair my vacuum while I waited! Thank you so much Nu-Vac. “In the past I’ve always gone to places like Home Depot for my appliance needs. But one day someone told me to try airport appliance. I’ve always heard about them and seen commercials but never patronized. It wasn’t until one day I needed a fridge and washer/dryer combo for my rental.
I ordered through their website. When the order arrived there was an issue with gas valve and a dent which both were rectified.
Yesterday I needed a dishwasher. I ordered online again and scheduled for Monday delivery. They are so professional and so organized. An associate called me to verify delivery info. They emailed and texted me confirmation. The ease of the whole process was wonderful and that’s what makes me a repeat customer. I also like to support local family owned businesses.”
“When our beloved Kenmore washing machine quit working, we started looking for new appliances and were dismayed at the options. We turned to looking for used appliances and went in-person to Jerry's store to see what they had. A great selection and Jerry was there to speak with us. We mentioned our broken Kenmore and asked if he could come to our home to fix it -- in Richmond! Jerry said yes and we could not have been more appreciative. Jerry came by today (two days after we stopped by) in the window he said he would and very quickly diagnosed the problem as something much more affordable than a different company's repair tech had proposed. We are so grateful to Jerry for coming out here and fixing our washer quickly and professionally! 60 day warranty on the work as well”

“My wife and I have undertaken the daunting job of upgrading our home.The first thing on the list was our kitchen appliance suite.We shopped many stores and purveyors of appliances... and I mean MANY.Our first replacement was the refrigerator. We found that this HD store and its service, personnel and subcontractors, stands apart.As indicated, we shopped refrigerators and ended up back at this HD store. Our decision was a result of selection, the sales personnel and after sales service.We purchased the refrigerator and it was installed. We were totally pleased.We then, a month later, shopped for a dishwasher. Once again, shopped around. Ended up back at this store. Again, totally satisfied.Stove/oven, same process. Done.Clothes washer, busticated. Same process, ended up at this store..... more to come... Later.”

He took his time and cut it to perfection! He did not charge us a fee. It is a fact that if you find the right person at Home Depot you can even get the most difficult job done! Thank you Lalo! “We got a new range and vent hood from Appliance leader , servoce was exceptional , timely and team is very knowledgeable.Since it was a swap with a previous 18 year old range , I was a bit skeptical about how intense the work would be .Shawn was amazing he guided us through the whole process and in a day I have a new range and vent .Highly recommend!!!”
