“The whole team is always super amazing! Tracy was phenomenal! She was very patient and help me figure out how to get my insurance in order to help me get my wheelchair. She went above and beyond and even allowed me to use a loaner until I was able to get everything processed. And when Christian dropped off the wheelchair to me, He did not leave until he made sure I was comfortable and knew how to use the chair. You can tell that they they are in their field because they love helping people!”
“I was at this place trying to find a walking cane because of the long time injury on my left knee! I could hardly walk because it is so painful. Janet was the person that helped me. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She basically asked me some questions and tried to find out why I need a walking cane? She showed me quite a few canes but I didn't like them because I worried about if I tripped the bottom of the cane; that might just be worse. She suggested that I need to treat the pain in my knee and showed me a few knee sleeves. She even tried to put one on for me and asked me to walk a few steps and see how I felt. I was surprised that it made my leg felt more stable and could walk a little better. It's less painful by wearing that knee sleeve. Thank you so much, Janet! I appreciate it very much. I will wear it until I can find a good orthopedic surgeon to operate on my torn knee!”

Before I was a customer, my Patients whom I did caregiving for has been dealing with Olympia Plaza pharmacy for over a decade as well. The staff as well as the pharmacist are the best ever. Their friendly smiles from the time you walk in until the time you walk out is phenomenal. Not only do they meet your medical and medicine needs, they have other necessities like beautiful sandals, purses, hygienes, plenty of disinfectants from wipes to sprays, travel Handy's, as well as to go snacks, etc...Its a all in one stop pharmacy. “You don't have to be local to order from them!!! I wanted to use the company's UPS account to purchase an order, and their customer service was AMAZING! They were quick, considerate, and helpful. Not only did they figure out a way to get the order in without getting charged the shipping, but the communication and requests were just so smooth to work with! No delays or confusion!More Prepared basically has all the emergency equipment you need for your home, office, car, etc. I ordered a few missing items for our office's kits and are now just waiting for the supplies to arrive. I'll come back here to update this review if the items ordered are not as expected. MP prices are slightly more reasonable than our previous vendor too! “My pre-teen daughter had been prescribed an injectable medication to help her diabetes but was too afraid of the needles. Bella at TFC Pharmacy was the only pharmacist who didn’t ‘poo poo’ her legitimate fears and investigated alternative ways to administer this life altering medicine. For several months, due to Bella’s caring, professional and smart instincts, my daughter has been taking her daily medication (via a different route) and is no longer pre-diabetic! My family is indebted to Bella for discovering how to help our child get well. I’ve never known a pharmacy that gives such personal attention. No more chain pharmacies for us.”

“Nice place! It's large and clean with a good selection of walkers, nice looking canes, wheelchairs, compression socks and lots of other medical supplies. The sales help was SO helpful and friendly when I brought my mother in law in to look at walkers. Private parking in the back. Highly recommend if you need something like this.”
“I need to preface with the fact that I was raised caring for my grandmother, so I am very familiar with medical supplies stores, but never have I felt so embraced with calm and care in one before. Here you will find an incredibly kind and personable owner and team. I stopped in near closing time for a cane or crutch after not being able to find a suitable one elsewhere and found exactly what I was looking for at a very affordable price thanks to Jim! He gave me a tutorial on how to adjust it and use it properly, and so warm the whole time.
I am heartbroken to hear that they are being forced to close after 25 years of dedicated care to the local community, but I will absolutely be following them along to their future warehouse! Please don't hesitate to stop in before they've moved if you're in need of their wares!!”

“I went to the doctor and she told me I have a foot fracture...you need a boot. I called everyone. They didn't have my size. They told me to go on Amazon. But I was in pain. So I called and found this place in LA. I got there and place was in a mini mall. Not the best looking outside but inside many boots. Grace right away helped me to get the boot I needed. She was very knowledgeable about which boot I needled for my injury. Thank you for great service and I got my boot.”

“If it wasn’t for Laura and Desiree , I wouldn’t be with ROTECH! I tried for over a year to finally receive my supplies for my CPAP! machine. It took over a year for Laura and Desiree to finally get my account and my supplies straightened out! I have never seen a business so screwed up!
As far as I am concerned, ROTECH lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ONLY 2 that have CUSTOMER SERVICE are the OFFICE MANAGER in Encino and the DISTRICT MANAGER in PASADENA! These two are the ONLY ONES that I have found at ROTECH that believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is a generous, kind man who goes out of his way to supply medications for folks with conditions that judged by people who don't have them. He is kind, compassionate and works hard to get me what I need at a fair price. I highly recommend the Medicine Shoppe to anyone and everyone who needs a pharmacist who cares and bends over backwards to help. There are too many damn people whining about every little thing on the internet. This is not a place that deserves a bad review.”
“Dr Pantea is amazing! She carefully went over the instructions to use my meditation and my medication’s side effects. I also had a problem with the dosing of the medication and she called my doctor to resolve it. Also, I had some issues with the pick up time and she went out of her way to help me. Will be back”
