“I was at this place trying to find a walking cane because of the long time injury on my left knee! I could hardly walk because it is so painful. Janet was the person that helped me. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She basically asked me some questions and tried to find out why I need a walking cane? She showed me quite a few canes but I didn't like them because I worried about if I tripped the bottom of the cane; that might just be worse. She suggested that I need to treat the pain in my knee and showed me a few knee sleeves. She even tried to put one on for me and asked me to walk a few steps and see how I felt. I was surprised that it made my leg felt more stable and could walk a little better. It's less painful by wearing that knee sleeve. Thank you so much, Janet! I appreciate it very much. I will wear it until I can find a good orthopedic surgeon to operate on my torn knee!”

“Absolutely wonderful experience during a difficult family time.Silas helped us to rent a hospital bed next day. Tara and Silas dropped off the bed themselves, set it up, showed us how to use it, and were out the door in 15 minutes! Kind folks who genuinely care about the people they’re helping with their products. Will be going here for all future needs :)We also called about a suction and Silas gave the helpful recommendation to get a prescription so it would be covered by insurance, even though they didn’t have the product and we’d have to get it elsewhere!”

“I went from using a chain pharmacy that I absolutely dreaded dealing with to having a pharmacist who knows my name when I walk through the door. When picking up my meds today, another customer came in and said, "Oh it's Bella's (the pharmacist's) birthday!" There is really something to be said about getting services from and supporting a neighborhood business like this. They always fill my meds on time and go out of their way to smooth out any wrinkles with the doctor so that I don't have to deal with anything. They're the best!”

“Jim went above and beyond to help us with my best friend’s scooter. We are from Georgia and her scooter started beeping. We got an Uber and went to his place. He fixed the throttle and then found out the batteries was bad. This was a day after thanksgiving. He got her fixed up so we can continue to go on our trip without stressing. “You don't have to be local to order from them!!! I wanted to use the company's UPS account to purchase an order, and their customer service was AMAZING! They were quick, considerate, and helpful. Not only did they figure out a way to get the order in without getting charged the shipping, but the communication and requests were just so smooth to work with! No delays or confusion!More Prepared basically has all the emergency equipment you need for your home, office, car, etc. I ordered a few missing items for our office's kits and are now just waiting for the supplies to arrive. I'll come back here to update this review if the items ordered are not as expected. MP prices are slightly more reasonable than our previous vendor too! For now, because of their customer service, I definitely recommend! :)”

“Just wanted to say that dealing with Golden Cove has been extremely satisfactory from day 1. I live in north Orange County and was a previous customer of a local pharmacy who went out of business. Their business somehow ended up with Golden Cove. I was skeptical with them being so far away, but from ordering to delivery, their service is swift. I have never had one problem with them. “Rebecca is the one to talk to! Sweet and kind, understanding and works hard to get the exactly correct items you need. After foot and ankle surgery, it was my first time being seriously disabled. Rebecca told me what I would need after coming home and arranged to have everything delivered just before I got here. On the big order, she made sure that the pricing was as low as the company went and has consistently handled me like a best customer. Her personality, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile marks her as a stand out individual and I hope her management recognizes that with a title change and a pay raise. Integrated Medical is now a solid part of our favorite providers and we will be using them exclusively during the next 12 months of recovery. The two deliveries, by Jesus, were made on time with a polite dedication to helping us understand and use the required equipment. It is hard to explain how helpless you can feel, and then be lifted up to a much better plane after having dealt with this consumer-oriented store. “GKY Dental Arts really has the right name: dental arts! I had my 2 front teeth veneers done there after a poor job done with another lab. And OMG, Ken from the Torrance lab was so amazing! I have a very complex color/shade to match, and he is a real artist! He took the time with me to really match these veneers with my other teeth: now I can smile with my mouth open without being worried people will see my 2 fake teeth! It is the place to go, and thank you, Ken, you are a real artist!”

This is a mom & pop establishment-not a Walgreens or cvs. This is the go to place where they remember you and your medications. “These guys are the best.They got me into my wheelchair initially though the medicare process which took three months. But they persevered. They put me in my first wheelchair and now 5 years later they put me in a new chair. These folks were always there for me, DJ and Jose. “I have been a V-Meds consumer for 50 weeks now. Honestly, after having been a smoker for nearly 30 years, I didn't think I would ever find something as equally satisfying as inhaling nicotine and carcinogens.... yeah... that sounds ridiculous and looks even worse as I proof read. This product is great for those committed to a healthier lifestyle and you won't have to completely feel like your going cold turkey. The nano mist from device is very soothing and therapeutic, physically and psychologically. Customer service is outstanding and the warranty is upheld. I had an issue with my device while working. It wasn't a defect, but working in EMS is a difficult and physically demanding job at times. When I reported a leaking tank after a tough day at work, the warranty service was exceptional.”

“This CNBC is a convenience store inside the LAX airport. It sold products such as snacks, beverages, t-shirts, toiletries, magazines, and neck pillows. As other Yelp reviewers previously mentioned, the prices were high. I was nearing the end of my vacation, and I wanted to buy a thank-you gift for my next-door neighbor who had picked up a package for me while I was away. This CNBC store sold a selection of candies and chocolates, and I selected a box of See's assorted chocolates. I believe that the size of the box of chocolates was one pound, and the cost was $30. For checkout, two cash registers were open. After a short wait, a cashier called me over, and she accurately rang up my purchase. The products and the customer service were overall good and met my needs just fine.”
