“This is a Review update after the response from the owner. So I had the Battery fail that I had purchased from this location but because I had no proof ie. Receipt or.number on file ... I couldn't return it. But in their response they said they would do something to correct it. I called him on it and this is what the manager Bryan did for me, he looked into the purchases of that size battery in the month that I told him I bought it... ...he was able to find the sale and he also remembered me and remembered installing the battery. So to satisfy the customer Bryan exchange the battery. I can't say how much I appreciate this guy, he really came through. He went above and beyond his job looking to satisfy his customers he's very knowledgeable and if you ever in that store that's the man you want to talk to... thank you Bryan you're at the top of my list when it comes to customer service.”
“Dropped off the car in the morning he did the diagnostic and called to tell me the issue and price (reasonable) got it done in 2-3hrs got the car back the same day. You do need to call and set an appointment first for him to take a look. Overall every satisfied with his work and price. Have a 6month warranty on his work”

“The customer service at O'Reilly has really made the difference. My car battery died and I was stranded in Venice. I had called ahead to see if they had my battery in stock and if there was a tech that would be around to help me swap out the battery. They said yes and I couldn't be more elated. William helped me not only swap out my battery but also windshield wipers because those were also long overdue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me out when I was in a bind.”

“Best customer service I've ever received. Ordered two Full Throttle Batteries online from them, and realized since they were back ordered I might not receive them in time for my install appointment. I called their main line and was helped right away as they looked into my order and provided with an update saying they had shipped. The batteries arrived the next day and they called me to let me know they had come in and we're extremely friendly on the phone as well as in person. If you need a battery, these are the guys to go to!”
“My car air conditioner was working.Tonight, I needed to go to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store to buy the "Oil with Dye" for the car airconditioner.My mechanic wanted me to buy it so he could check what part of the air conditioning system was not working.When I arrived at their parking lot, they had plenty of parking spaces.I went inside of the store. The store waspretty small and it was very clean.I found the " Oil with Dye" in the front ofthe cashier. The cashier, the young lady was friendly and attentive.I used to come to this store a couple of years ago. I remembered a young man who helped me when my car radiator capwas broken. I bought the wrong size of the radiator cap before so it didn't fit onthe radiator. He helped me to find the correct size of the radiator cap. He wasso nice that he went outside with me.And he checked my car radiator cap.I found out that he didn't work at thestore anymore.I liked this store because all the people were helpful and knowledgeable about the auto parts. That is the reason that Ialways come to the O'Reilly Auto Partsstore.”

Place to find what you need to work on a car if they don't have it then order it. so whatever you need to work on a car just go to one of 3. Places O'REILLY'S, advanced auto or auto zone. “I had a great experience with Felix, one of the parts specialist at O'reilly Auto Parts Lawndale location. Felix was very patient, very professional and very courteous. Felix did not complain not once about backing his fellow co/worker up by replacing a battery with a screw that had fell below and was hard to get to and was no where In sight. Felix went straight to the root of the problem and assured me that he would take care of it and not to worry, I felt comfortable at that point and knew that I was In good hands, you do not get that type of service or assurance from an auto parts store, my heart stopped racing as Felix did his job. I am so please with the outcome. Felix, you are the best and such exceptional Parts Specialist. So when you go to O'reilly, if you happen to get Felix, you are getting the best!! Giovanni there helped us locate the parts at an available store to have them personally delivered at our location and went above and beyond in delivering professional and friendly customer service. “Came here last night (April 30th, 8pm) to get a headlight bulb replaced and while I was changing it, I accidentally dropped the cap into the bottom of the compartment. Thought I’d have to go to an auto shop or order a wrench but an employee (wish I’d gotten his name) offered to help and got the cap out for me. To the owner, please give these men a raise. You just earned another loyal customer!”

“This store is so helpful. I honestly don't price around much when it comes to in store auto part prices because the customer service is so good here I rather just come here than anywhere else. I have had excellent service from Fred and Marymar. They have rescued me many times when I wasn't sure what I needed. I highly recommend them.
