I called their main line and was helped right away as they looked into my order and provided with an update saying they had shipped. The batteries arrived the next day and they called me to let me know they had come in and we're extremely friendly on the phone as well as in person. If you need a battery, these are the guys to go to!”

“My family and I have been here a few times over the years of us living in the neighborhood. but my son and I stopped by about 2 months ago for a windshield wiper. I guess I installed it incorrectly. So I just came by and asked for a replacement. There was a bit of a headache with finding my wife's account, but luckily, I had a very patient and helpful employee help me by the name of Eric. His professionalism and patience were fantastic. I attempted to tip him since it is Christmas weekend, but he did not accept it. But for his customer service alone, I for sure will be coming to this O'reilly's location for all my car needs for now on!”
