“I wrote this review about a month after going to Kike's to give more of an accurate account.
What an amazing experience! I had to get my rotors and pads changed and I called/went to different locations to get price quotes. In doing so, I am also look for great customer service and no doubt, Kike's was AMAZING! Kike came up to the car with a caring smile and very professional and courteous. He took a look at the pads/rotors and gave me his honest opinion and we worked out a price and about 1.5 hours or so later, the car was done and ready to go. This was about a month ago and the car is going great. Thank you so much Senor Kike! I really appreciate you and your amazing team in great work and exceptional customer service! Keep up the great work!!!”

Carlos is a very hard-working, humble yet talented small business owner that routinely over-delivers and a very fair price. He originally told me that it would take up to 5 days to fix and paint my Acura TSX and he pulled it off with top-quality work in only a day. Without me asking him, he detailed the entire interior and "armorall-ed" my leather seats and tires. I was so impressed when I got it back that I called him again to THANK him for such a positive experience. He takes better care of my car than I do. You must give him a call...”

“Frank is perfection personified! He saved my jeep from a scam mechanic. I had purchased Axles, Lockers, Lift, and Armor and the other clowns destroyed everything! I was referred to Frank and WOW! This guy removed, repaired and correctly installed everything PERFECTLY, he took the time to show and educate me on everything he was doing and why he was doing it this or that way. The jeep is a Beast now. I went back for a catback, Tera Flex Suspension quick release front and rear sway bars. Everything this guy does is perfect! Frank set's the bar and has surpassed the PHD level to GOD status. Even if you have to wait, WAIT!!!

“This is a great tire shop that I highly recommend I was shopping around for run flats and they had great prices however I bought tires from the dealership ONLY because funds were short and they had a special promotion for infinity customers and was given a tire for 1.00.
However the attendant who's name I forgot gave me information on a cheaper tire brand but I needed 4 not just 2 I was trying to replace.
I would highly recommend trying this tire shop for great prices and excellent customer service ?”
“Came in right when the garage opened for an oil change.
First time customer discount came to around 70 bucks.
Coffee and water provided in the waiting area.
Was in and out in about 25 minutes.
Staff was professional and courteous.
Will be returning for my next oil change.”

“Came here to get my struts/shocks replaced for my Corolla in 2019 and the person who helped was extremely helpful and honest (don't remember his name, it might have been Victor). The price was extremely reasonable for the parts and the work that he did. Nothing unnecessary was getting pushed onto me which other shops tend to do. Would come here again!”
“Fredy fixed the exhaust hanger on my 2006 BMW 325i e90. He was able to identify the broken bracket, come up with an alternate solution, and now my exhaust is fully supported.”
“I am extremely satisfied with the amount of support of the team at CR Auto Center. I went in because my back tire was getting flat and turns out that the inner liner was tearing from the inside because I drove on a flat (sadly) . Although they did not have a replacement tire in stock, Cristian was able to order one for next day shipment and immediately notified me as soon as it came in. The team also checked the surrounding tires to see if there were any nails and removed them ensuring it did not puncture the tires itself. The service was extremely quick and I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done. I 100% recommend stopping by this place if you need to get a quick fix on your car because I will be!”

“Mike is the absolutely most honest and reliable mechanic. I’ve been going to Mike for about 15 years now and he’s still as honest as can be. Reasonably priced and will never try to rip you off. He has even sent me back home when the dealer told me I needed a certain part and Mike told me my car was not in need of anything. That’s when I realized he’s the most honest mechanic I have met. Only problem is I moved about an hour and a half away but that doesn’t stop me from getting my vehicle towed to Mike when in need.”

More importantly, they went above and beyond by checking the tire pressure, adding air to the rest of my tires, and putting back the spare where it belongs. All done expeditiously and reasonably priced.”
“I had a timing chain issue with my Land Rover, and they were able to replace it and some other parts like the water pump, serpentine belt, etc for a very reasonable price. Plus it only took them 2 days which was amazing.
Other shops were quoting me 2-4x compared to here and some even wanted a whole engine replacement.

“Family owned, wife and husband are honest. They check your issue and they tend to suggest to purchase all repair items at the local O'Reilly (down the street) which have part guarantees.
They tell you what's wrong and you purchase your parts, come back and they charge you labor. No eye gouging prices.”
