“I found Wise Tires based on the excellent Yelp reviews and the fact that it's very close to my house. One of my tires has been leaking air very slowly. I took it to the dealership where I bought the car and they said they looked at it and couldn't find anything wrong with it. So I thought the problem was more complicated and put off finding a new place / solution for a while. Finally I was tired of adding air to my tire every week so I took my car to Wise Tires. Lindsay (I think) greeted me as soon as I pulled up and told me they will take care of it. Since I live very close I went home to wait for her call. She called me 40 minutes later and told me they found the problem, patched it up and I can head on over. Once I got there my car was all ready to go and they charged me a VERY reasonable price. Especially compared to the dealership who charged me multiple times that price and didn't even fix my problem. I was on my way within an hour of dropping the car off. I couldn't believe how easy that was. I hope I won't have tire problems in the near future but I'll definitely come back to Wise Tires if I need help, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family as well.”

“Working with Casey was bar none the best example of customer care I’ve ever experienced. If there were 6 stars here I’d give it to him. My tire popped and I happened to have a replacement tire in my garage. After sifting through a bunch of poorly reviewed mobile tire repair companies i came across Casey and set up an appointment. He was at my house within a few hrs, however upon looking at the situation he explained that he was only able to swap out a spare, not put a new tire on an existing wheel, just a miscommunication (probably on my end) over the phone. Instead of leaving me high and dry, Casey put the extra tire and my wheel in his truck, and spent the next few hours with me at a tire shop getting the work done. He even negotiated with the store that did the work to get me a better price. Then took me home and put the new tire/wheel on. Even insisted on me paying the original price he quoted, which was already more than fair. (Still paid him extra for his time though). Through the whole process he was extremely kind and sympathetic to the stress and interruption a flat tire can cause someone. Can’t recommend him enough if you need a spare put on or your brakes repaired!!”

I was very distraught since this happened just an hour after installing and Emmanuel decided to order a new generic set for me free of charge. So grateful for his kindness of going the extra mile to address a customer's concern even after leaving his shop so there's no bad feelings.”

“I took my car here because it was rough idling, only a few months after having had it serviced elsewhere. Jack discovered that the last guy had ripped me off--specifically, that he hadn't actually replaced some parts that I had been charged for. Jack was very thorough with his explanations and was incensed that I had been screwed. He wrote down his findings in his invoice to me so I had some written evidence, helped me gather photographic evidence, and he even offered to go to the previous mechanic with me. I was grateful and even tried to tip him, but he declined. The previous mechanic I went with was a total nightmare. In contrast, Jack was so easy to work with. He was fast, reliable, helpful, and he had my back. I'll be coming back the next time I have car issues!”

“Inglewood Tire is a Legit Tire and Auto Repair Shop, Great Service. I took my car in for a wheel alignment, and they noticed both my suspension forward lower control arms bushings and balljoints were worn out, they would not be able to properly do the wheel alignment with these worn out parts. They gave me a reasonable estimate price to replace the worn out parts and to properly do the wheel alignment on my car. I had them do the work, they did a great job, they gave me a complete report on my wheel alignment status before and after the work, and now my car drives perfectly straight and smooth, like when it was brand new. They built my 05 GTO LS2 engine when a lifter failed on me even though they were up to there necks in cars already. Trust me if your looking for a FAIR and HONEST shop to deal with and build a relationship with then go no further and hit up Jesse and Jonathan. Aside from the shop Jesse is a solid hard working guy that works 80 or more hours a week to keep this business alive and in the family all for his late brothers name.
