“The times I've gone to Hobby Lobby, it's always been a different experience. From great to good. Would I recommend visiting and shopping here?
Definitely. If your into crafts of any sort, this is the place. Many things available for personal gifts, and helpful personal ideas rearranging a home lifestyle.
I say go for it.”
“This is the place I go to get paint when quality matters. True writer's supplies from tips to stupid variety of spray can brands. Most chill biz owner I have ever met. You won't find this at Home Depot or Anawalt hardware and prices are good for top quality - support your local small shops!”
“Forget Barnes and Noble, they have what you need here.
I was just looking around, but they have LOADS of art books here it’s crazy.
If I ever needed some niche art book I would look here first.”

“I was desperately trying to find somebody to re-cane a beautiful mid century chair that my cats had torn to shreds. I searched high and low, and couldn't find anyone to fix it, until a vintage shop in Atwater recommended this place. I am so excited and happy that they did. I brought my chair in and they gave me a very reasonable estimate. The owner and the people that work there are very friendly, but more importantly, they do amazing work. My chair looks absolutely stunning! It looks exactly like it looked before my cats got to it. This place is amazing!”
“Quaint, yet beautiful hidden gem of a paper store in Culver! Great quality products and a large selection of handmade and machine-made papers from various countries for a price that is truly reflective of the quality of their goods. Will definitely be back to shop more!”
“Parking: 6/10. Limited street parking around the block. We were lucky to find a spot right in front of their store! Items: 10/10. As a stationary lover, we spontaneously decided to go here after eating around the area. I loved seeing an assortment of fine art textured paper sourced from various parts of the world. Wonderful selections for scrapbooking, journaling, paper invitations, and anything else you can think of. Gary was a chill guy who told me interesting details about the papers I selected. Affordable pricing for quality paper. Atmosphere: small shop yet packed with all sorts of paper varieties. Hours are limited which can be inconvenient for some folks.”

3447 W 8th St, Los Angeles“Top's is a small art supply business. They have a LOT of good stuff, and some things are a lil pricier but it makes sense because it's not a big company or anything! If you're tryna save money try going during their back to school saleThe employees know a lot about art, and are very helpful! Even if it's a bit pricier I come often because of the service and knowing that I'm supporting a business that truly appreciates art :')”
“Even with the new law forbidding retail of flavoured vapes, this is one of THE finest smoke shops. Unfortunately, they had to get rid of all of their flavored material (& I will never forget this place for having every Flum flavour imaginable... the good old days, at this point). However! They have a thousand other products even outside of smoking culture & habits, like supplement blends, CBD gummies at different concentrations, a middle compartment (a glass case) of pocket knives (some are like, really cute), body jewelry including nose hoops/studs & hoop earrings, sodas, INCENSE in great quantity, and more! I even saw, behind the counter next to the cigarettes, some product called "stop opioid abuse." It might be some type of product to help wean patients off the use of opiates, which is huge. The employees here are always so amicable & chill. I've never waited in a line longer than one person, & the employees are so welcoming that you just naturally get into conversation with them. Still one of my favourite smoke places ever! So neat, clean, & organized! Thank you!”
“I had my very first art lesson at Mititels art in Santa Monica on Santa Monica Blvd., and sixth Street I believe in 1962. Mr. Mattel was amazing so kind and inspirational. I will never forget him. The art store had every supplies you could want. We are so blessed that his sons have continued with his tradition and brought us another wonderful, art supply framing store!”
“I love coming here. Their staff is amazing, very helpful. They have the best selection of spray paint. Indoor and exterior. They also give free stickers and boxes.I come from Bakersfield for all my Mural Projects.”
“They have a great selection of paints and materials. The staff are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you find the right thing for your project. It's pretty hidden away but well worth a visit!”
“The customer service is very professional and the quality of the work deserves my respect. I would undoubtedly recommend their services to other fellow photographers.”
“Always call to make sure they're open first, they've got good security for having no security, and the customer service was like meeting your best friend after years of not talking to em.”

1453 14th St, Santa Monica“Highly recommend! Ally is incredibly kind and talented. I was passing through town right after my Grama’s birthday and only had one day with her. Thank you so much for making it a memorable one! Ally is a patient and engaging teacher. We felt at home in her studio, where she provided easy to follow guidance, artistic insight, and conversation. She was also very flexible and accommodating of my Grama, which was much appreciated.”
“Fantastic art store. They have materials for all sorts of arts and crafts. Pens, markers, paints, brushes, plates, papers, canvasses, metal thread (for jewelry making), beads, alcohol inks, press printing, etc... also easels. They have a small book section for ideas and inspiration. They have crafts for kids, as well as real artist level materials. They have adorable gifts, stickers, games, and fidget toys. So it's also a good shop when looking for presents for some people. You can sign up there for a free store account for a discount, but you need to give them a phone number and email.”
“The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had no issues finding the large newsprint paper or drawing pads. Everything I needed was in stock. They also offer student discounts so you really get your money's worth. The parking on the side is a bit tight but there's more parking behind the building.”
“FANTASTIC WORK!!! Super quick with great pricing. She even picked up and dropped off the final product. So super convenient! With that service, how could I ever go anywhere else!?!?”
“This is such a cool store with a bunch of educational toys you won't find anywhere else. I was overwhelmed by their selection. My niece was very happy with her gifts. Staff is super friendly and helpful.”
“Nice and clean store. They have just the basics inventory compared to some of the bigger Michael's ( Burbank/Glendale). This location is primarily only self checkout, which would explain why I just saw only 2-3 associates during my shopping trip.”
“We like Del Amo Fashion Center after they completed their renovation in 2015. The design is modern with a lot of natural lighting. It is the sixth largest shopping mall in the United States. If you are in the South Bay Area, I highly recommend this mall because it has many nice stores and restaurants there.”
“Came in to set up a 2nd board to use at the park that was smaller than my original cruiser. The guy at the shop was very helpful and found me the best bang for the buck in my price range. Very friendly and helpful. I'll be back.”
