“Wow! I went in to get some batteries for my watches and to have one fitted. This place is wonderful. Customer service is top notch. The front desk gal (bummed i didn't get her name) was delightful she told me the cost and then Joyce Jansen came out and said she would fit my watch and change the batterie right then so I had a watch to wear. She was so great and really helpful and made sure the watch was just right on my wrist. I left 3 other watches and picked them up the next day as it was at closing time. Puck them up and the gal that helped me was just as kind and friendly. Just love this place and will be doing all my batteries and jewelry with them. So happy I found this place. “I had been wanting to treat myself after a stillbirth on Easter, so my best friend took me to check out the many jewelry stores at Asia Garden Mall. What stood out at HAJ was the customer service. The manager Tina was helping a mother and daughter when we got there but still greeted us warmly. While we were browsing earrings, I overheard the conversation she was having with the mother and daughter and it was very sweet. It made me decide that this is the store I would like to purchase my self gift from. I shared what happened with our baby and she was extra wonderful about helping me find the right bracelet and earrings. She also sounds very knowledgeable about jewelry and lit up when she shared about the customization options. I am so happy with my purchases and I wish I still lived in OC so I could get something customized from her.”

“My absolute favorite Catholic gift shop of all time. Never have I seen one with gifts for every occasion and every loved one. Not just the same ol' items as most stores have but unique and one of a kind treasures. Every single thing I looked at was priced fairly and was affordable. In fact some things were underpriced tbh but I am not upset about that. I found everything I was looking for and more. Also, I must mention the store owner Deacon Cruz. He was the most precious treasure in the whole place! He helped me find gifts for my parents and I had been so undecided so I really did need some guidance. I worked with Nikki through the text feature found on the site, and she was quick to respond, educative, and honest during the whole process. She helped me recreate a sold out setting that I wanted badly for my fiancé and she went above and beyond to get me what I needed when I needed it, and she never pushed l me to spend more.

• If you lose a side stone, they will replace it within the first year.

They have crystals, jewelry, incense, books, meditation tools, smoking tools and gifts for the healers and the people going through their healing journey. The best part is when you pay, and spend a certain amount you get a chip and you go to the mystery box. Whatever you pull out from the box is your free gift. It may be two dollars off on your next purchase, it will never expire, incense, crystals or smoking tools.”

We went for a customized etched cheese board for a retirement gift. The lady working couldn't have been nicer and explained how the machine worked. We ended up a few other items. “I've always seen these permanent bracelets all over TikTok and have wanted to get one but never really looked into it but I finally decided to do some research and purchase one. I was looking around and Eleven + Vyn came up and they have great reviews and their appointment system was so convenient and easy that I decided to give them a shot!I am so happy I went with them because from start to finish my experience was fantastic. I made an appointment for a Sunday and was greeted with a little sign that had my name on it and welcomed me to my appointment! Everyone was super helpful and very informative! I had looked online at the different styles but when you get there and actually get to see the bracelets in person your mind might change which style you like. I don't quite remember the name of the one we got, but it started with an L.Once we chose what style, someone helped us out to fit the bracelet to our liking. If we didn't like the fit, the employee was more than happy to fix it and relink to our desired length. The process itself takes like 10-15 minutes and is so easy! I am so happy with it and its so light that I don't realize I even have it on throughout the day. They also said that within 60 days if it breaks we can come back in and they will fix it no charge and after the 60 days I believe it is about $20 to fix so not bad! I also worried that if there is some reason why I would need to take it off what would we do and they reassured me that we can cut the chain that they used to bind it together and we can come back in and they will reattach for us. They were very informative with the care instructions too which was a bonus!Overall if I could give them 6 stars I would! I definitely want to come back for more and ai wouldn't come anywhere else but Eleven + Vyn!”
