“I decided to upgrade my iPhone before my vacation. There were two employees in the store and they were both helping people. I waited about 20 minutes and then I was helped by Josh. He was patient, very knowledgeable and super kind. I'm not very techie, so I appreciated the patience. He explained to me the 5G internet that T-Mobile now has and I definitely am considering adding that to my plan. Each customer interaction can take a very long time, so don't go there if you're in a rush.”
