Jose was very efficient at trying to fix my charging problem without pushing me to buy another phone. I did have to buy another phone after his attemps failed. The phone was shot. He was very nice and professional, highly recommend going to this metro store

I highly recommend this location if you want good service. I highly recommend this location. They have a clean shop. They always take care of customers. Don't waste your time going to other shops. This location is #1

Amazing customer service! I went in because my phone was not working and this amazing representative Genesis helped me get an amazing deal on a phone. She was very patient and helpful. Explained all the promotions available and even got me a better plan. Thank you!!! 10/10 experience!
