Want to thank Pedro at Mattress Firm for the great service! As a first-time homeowner the process of buying furniture that may stay in my home for decades, was overwhelming and challenging. I was talked to about my different options and choices within what i was looking for and walked out with a matress i was secure and happy about without feeling pressured. We visited the Hanford store today and were lucky enough to be attended to by Leah. Love her! Leah listened to my mom and her individual needs, asked additional questions to offer various options as far as comfort level needs, types, and even came up with options we had no idea existed. Quality products and wide selection here. Mom left happy so I’m happy. Need a mattress? Go see Leah at Mattress Firm for excellent, genuine customer service.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Leah was extremely knowledgeable of all products in the store and patient with me while testing out every mattress. She should be a valued employee by Mattress Firm. She explained the entire process from start to finish with the utmost professionalism and knowledge of the mattresses, promotions, discounts, etc.
