They lost files, dropped orders when they couldn't figure out order numbers, and moved very slowly. Absolutely seem not to CARE at all. Refused to let elderly mother in law with cane use the restroom, despite being a customer, had to use restroom at Wendy's. Terrible.

I do not know how they can stay open for business. By now most costomers would have gone somewhere else. Most difficult time in accepting sleep study. They wanted one that was less than one year old.Medicare explained to me that a study up to five years old can be used to obtain a cpap machine. Both rude and uncaring to work with the patient. if you go to lincare good luck you will need it.

I changed insurance company's and now trying to return items Lincare shipped to me without authorization. Contacted several representatives at Lincare for a return shipping label. It's been 4 months now and still waiting. I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life!!!

If you can go with any other medical equipment supplier, please do. It's taken almost two months to get my husband's c-pap and we are constantly getting the run around. What should be a smooth process is made so difficult because they say the doctor's office didn't send the forms (when the doctors office said they did), or they just have no clue.

I agree with John!!! I have been told I could get equipment...I get there to get it, go through all the teaching on how to use it...start out door and got told that my insurance wouldn't pay for it. When they called me to come get it, I asked them if insurance was paying. "Yes" was the answer! Now they aren't and that was in less than two hours! They have no clue...

I did have to pay a monthly cost for the equipment probably co-insurance. Then twice the insurance had to ask for medical necessity which the machine broadcast via internet the usage. The second time Lincare never gave them the info and so I had to tell Lincare to stop shipping supplies. I didn't want to pay out-of-pocket and Lincare ate several hundred dollars. So now I have to do a new sleep study and find a new supplier.

The billing side of Lincare is atrocious. They had messed up my billing. Cooperate Lincare doesn't talk much to there medical supply centers. Took me hours and hours to talk to Lincare Associates . They have no clue, that's why they lost my business..
