They lost files, dropped orders when they couldn't figure out order numbers, and moved very slowly. Absolutely seem not to CARE at all. Refused to let elderly mother in law with cane use the restroom, despite being a customer, had to use restroom at Wendy's. Terrible.

I changed insurance company's and now trying to return items Lincare shipped to me without authorization. Contacted several representatives at Lincare for a return shipping label. It's been 4 months now and still waiting. I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life!!!

The billing side of Lincare is atrocious. They had messed up my billing. Cooperate Lincare doesn't talk much to there medical supply centers. Took me hours and hours to talk to Lincare Associates . They have no clue, that's why they lost my business..
