To my initial surprise the staff there knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond what was required of them. “What a lovely little spot with all the essentials. We were in town from San Francisco and had a harness fiasco that needed fixing - and Barkers fixed us right up. The gentleman that helped us was kind, authentic, and helpful - gently measuring the numerous rolls of our pug to get the few "neck" measurements that would help find the right harness for him. To fully accommodate the crowd (aka mr jealousy the pittie) he gave them both some treats on our way out, showed them some love, and left us with a smile on our faces (even though it seemed like he had a hard morning!) Small businesses have a way of making you feel something that you don't get from many chains or certainly online purchases, and this was one of them. Thank you thank you thank you!”
