“Hust Brothers is a parts store unlike any I've seen. Each of their branches has in incredible amount of inventory, and on the rare occasion the local store doesn't have it, the part will arrive later that day from their colossal Marysville warehouse. The staff in Gridley is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the mile to find the parts you need. Being part of an agricultural community, the Gridley store is used to dealing with odd tractor parts and have been able to find everything from high pressure hydraulic filters to ignition parts for a 1940s tractor.”

“I called and got an estimate on a replacement of my catalytic converter and I had called around to many of places and couldn't beat the price they quoted me. Everyone there was so friendly from the office woman. I do apologize I dont recall your name to the gentleman whom showed myself the bad cat afterwards. They got my car in and fixed in a timely manner and couldn't be more thankful. They also told me I could come by anytime and check to see if it would pass smog. I feel they definitely go above and beyond for their customers and would highly recommend them. Thank you all for such an amazing experience with your shop ❤️”

“I've always had good service with Les Schwab. However it is clear that they want everyone out at closing time. I felt rushed out at closing time even though I was a customer looking to spend money with their store. They should be willing to spend time even if it's a little after closing to make a sale and leave the customer with a comfortable feeling.”
“We bought a used S690 combine at Yuba city Pape machinery. It needed quite a bit work to be rice ready. I called Jimmy Gracier the Service Supervisor at Gridley Pape machinery to ask if he could do the work. He said sure can. So he had the combine transferred to Gridley right away. He got it done in a very timely manor with plenty of time left before harvest. He transferred it to willows for me and all work was finished and satisfactory.
After harvest started I had another major problem so I called Jimmy once again and he transferred combine back to Gridley and he remedied the problem in one day which is simply amazing for what it was. He had the combine transferred back to me once again so i was able to finish harvest. I can't even express or even begin to explain how amazing Jimmy is and I'm so thankful he is just a phone call away. He even came out himself to do most of the work because he was short handed on employees at the time. Oh Another thing is he always answers or calls you right back and most people do not do that from my experience. I've had other things break that he has helped me with to but we would be here all day if I listed all of them all I can say is he is the best at what he does so if you need anything I would definitely recommend ten times out of ten to call Jimmy Gracier service supervisor from Gridley Pape machinery!”
