“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”

“Update: The owner of this UPS store personally called me after I posted reviews and filed a complaint with UPS. She was AWESOME. She was very helpful, empathetic, and went the extra mile to help locate my package. She filed a tracer and UPS found my package and got it eventually to its destination, given many days late. For that, I have updated my review to a 4. Committed owner, hopefully that commitment can permeate to the store’s managers and staff.
Original Post: This store has among the worst customer service I have ever seen, I do not recommend. A lot of these other reviews appear to be fake and paid for by the owner. There are many other stores in the area, all of which I’m certain would be better. I paid $100 for 2 day shipping, a week later the package still had not arrived. I called UPS customer service and they referred me to a UPS Store. I went in to a UPS Store (a closer store) and they referred me to the originating store (this location). This location told me that UPS Customer Service, the other UPS Store, and the internet lied, and they could not help because “they are just a franchise.” This was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and getting bounced between three people all who were rude, had no accountability, and seemed to know nothing about tracking a package - a basic ask for UPS.”

I notice I have visited may ups stores and they have always have charged me for piece of tape and this owner did not charge for the tape . It is so nice to see people like them who has world class customer service I will be back to this store again”

“As a supplier of high end furnishing's, we have used many freighters and packers. As the owner I am difficult to please but Desi was incredible. They built a crate and shipped a very expensive chandelier for us. The cost was very reasonable and it arrived safely. I was impressed with their services and follow up to ensure that the entire process went smoothly. PakMail is a professional and personable company! I would use them again and again!”

“I always go to Staples and use the print center to print and laminate for work. I was on a time crunch today, tried the normal location I usually go to and, unfortunately they were too busy. I came to this location and the guy who helped me was very nice and told me he could get the job done by end of day. I called a little over an hour before close and was told the job wasn't even started and that they had 24 hrs to finish the job. I explained that is not what was told to me at the time of placing the order earlier that day. Jacob on the phone made it right and told me I could come in and they would get it done by close. I came in and Isaiah was working very hard to get my order done. He was working very hard, what looked like, by himself. I appreciate him for working hard and get my order done!”

“I went to this olde-towne shop because the owner offered to mail something for me and sign her name on a legal document saying she did. I offered her more money than she asked for as I didn't really need much, just her help. She kindly refused. “If you need to ship something internationally, this is your place. They have different shipping dates, prices, and courier services from which you can select. Excellent customer service, too! She was very friendly and professional. She was also very good at submitting all information correctly and quickly and was clear about all the shipping steps. It took significantly less time to complete all the information compared to any courier service I have used for international shipping. I will definitely be coming back!”
