“I have been coming back here, as the response to my previous view encouraged me to do. I haven't had another poor experience since. Staff has been friendly, and helpful.In particular, a recent experience made me remember I need to update my review. I handed in 2 same-sized boxes for shipment (labels already applied), and the person taking the parcels closely examined the labels (which I did not, even though I was the one who applied them!). Somehow, my husband managed to print two copies of the same label, and if not for this staff person's diligence, I'd have had made a huge mistake. So, moral of the story: Don't give up after one bad experience, you may never know the good things you'll be missing!”

Not being familiar with the ink my new printer used I stood looking at the display of ink and felt overwhelmed as where to start. Perhaps I should have been better prepared! “Ive lived near the Post Office forever! This place has the same friendly faces year after year and thats what makes it feel like a small town vibe! They're always stocked full of boxes and packing envelopes. Fast service and even a small bell for faster service!(lol) This Post Office also has a huge historical importance to Penryn. The Griffith Quarry up the street was mined for its quarry that helped build this Post Office back in the 19th century. Even has Masonic symbols and great history written on the drinking fountain outside!”

They have always been my favorite store for all my stationery items; and when they have their sales, you can’t resist buying a large amount to stock up because the prices are incredibly low. The store is always clean with a Hugh assortment for office and school supplies, home and business supplies, and various office furniture. The print/fax/scan machines that are for public use are always top quality, efficient and inexpensive. They also offer services to handle all jobs, whether large or small to print/scan/fax. Their staff are always informative and helpful. Every item in the store is good quality, and return policy is sufficient to recoup cost or exchange. They also offer computer repair service, and a good warranty on all their computers and office equipment. I can’t say enough good things about this store, or about their employees, or about their merchandise, warranties, or return policy. I hope they stay in business to continue providing office and home needs for the community.”

He accommodated my request, even though I chose to ship it through my work for a discount. Of course, he charged for the custom box and packing materials, but it was quite reasonable.
