I went in for a chain because my original one broke. I like that they offered me a protection plan that covers breaks. The prices were what I was looking for. There’s no pressure to purchase anything and they show you a variety of quality items and prices to keep you in budget.”

“I came across Emerson Fine Jewelry while searching for an establishment that can assist with watch battery replacement. They were so kind and accommodating - I drove from Moreno Valley to Redlands. They charge $10 per battery. Other places told me their prices depended on the type of watch I have. I replaced batteries on 2 Michael Kors watches and one Michelle watch. I am happy to take my business anywhere that is no BS and super kind. I have other watches I'll need to take back in the near future, and by the way, their jewelry selection is STUNNING! Glad I stopped by. I was also able to do some holiday shopping while I was there, as they are located in the downtown area with other cute shops!”

All I wanted was a plain 7/8 mm white gold comfort fit ring. Nobody had this in their stores. Only 3mm and it was making me frustrated. They could only tell me how much it would cost and they wanted 1/2 down just to order what they think I wanted. Jewelry store had to order it anyway, so I took the chance and started shopping online instead. I started searching on the weekend and the lady who called me back on her day off insure me that they were a real store and described the ring I was looking at. The price was half of what the Jewelers wanted and I had it engraved too. It was an intense two week wait, but in the end it was the Perfect Ring!”
