“Excellent customer service from the first phone call to finishing my custom paint cans. David patiently walked me through the whole process of lime washing my walls, priming and sealing. The manager made cost effective suggested for me as well. Very swift turnaround and very knowledgeable staff. Will make the drive to them again.”
“Recently came by to get my plaster matched. I was fortunate enough to have Evan help me. Super kind! I can tell Evan tried his best to match my original formula and I so appreciate that! He did warn me ahead of time that it would be difficult to match because we were going from gallon to a quart and the minimum amount of blue was already being used in the gallon. Once I came home I used the plaster and could not tell there was a noticeable difference until it dried. I called Benjamin Moore and Evan answered. He had the best customer service and remembered the situation. I can tell he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my color. I told him I'd just come back to purchase the gallon to get the exact color match and he was kind enough to offer a price adjustment. I went in another day to get a gallon to match my original formula exactly and there was another young man who was there (i won't call out his name). I tried to explain to him the situation but he was adamant about not giving me an adjustment unless I had the quart can even though I had already spoken to Evan about it. He said I could go home and come back if I wanted the price adjustment. Such an inconvenience. Although he was probably right about me needing to bring back the quart can, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by the lack of understanding that he had. It was Evan's customer service that had me come back the second time despite not having the exact color match. Thank you Evan and Gabe. You both were very kind and I appreciate you guys going the extra mile to accommodate your customers.”

“I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the store was clean and quiet. I was greeted immediately and found Marsha to be very helpful. She suggested a 3-pack of navy paint samples to test the lighting in the kitchen being renovated. (Blues can be tough to choose from a tiny swatch under fluorescent lighting!) I appreciated her time and expertise in picking the right paint. I’ll leave another review and pics when kitchen is done. Thank you, Marsha!”
“Love this place. I opened up my own mobile paint correction business and wanted to use more high-end products like Glasurit. If you want extremely cheap products they will have a variety and if you're willing to spend a little extra they have it all as well. John is always helpful and assists me with situations I come across. Never have been upsold by them and are always going out of their way showing me the differences in brands and products and how I could cut my costs down to be able to work on more cars. Lots of respect towards you guys, need more people like you guys in the industry.”

“DUNN-EDWARDS PAINTS in Encino is easy to find and easy to get into. They have their own free parking lot with plenty of available spaces.The people are friendly and helpful, but did not hover. I was able to take my time choosing the right shade of "white". Boring, I know, but I was surprised by how many there are.I was able to narrow down my choices and take home the card samplers to show my contractor, who was then able to get small samples for testing.Very convenient. My project is done and I am very happy with the way the color turned out.Now that it's time for another painting project...”

I went in to also get some B.I.N. primer and they discounted it on their own to beat home depot price. I am a amateur when it comes to paint knowledge and these guys were more than happy to give me some info to help me on the way. “I am not a pro auto painter but have painted a few cars a year for the last 20 yrs(a few motor cycles and some spot repairs) all i can say is they have done a great job matching any color that i have needed including custom pearls metalics and pastels. They have very good prices and good service.The only complaint i would have is sometimes they close a bit early if bussiness is slow so just call ahead if you are going to get there close to closing time. I highly recomend them if you have a hard to match color or just need common body shop supplies.”
