“I definitely recommend it. The place is extremely clean, staff are very attentive and professional. Easy to make the appointment. Was seen within few mins of getting to the office. The doctor was knowledgeable, approachable, caring, took the time to address all that was going on with my illness, in-office tests, medications were called into my pharmacy right away. Overall, if the system would allow me to rate more than five, I would have.”

She is extremely kind with wonderful people skills. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She was very gentle while taking the sample too, and just such a sweet intelligent person. “I got Covid tested there after my daughter test positive. It was the easiest and cleanest places I have been to and I've gone to quite a few places. Also got the results within 24 hours, much quicker than any other place. They sent a text and an email with the results. I highly recommend this place. Not sure their other services but I will certainly find out because I plan on using them as much as possible.”

“I got there 15 minutes too late so the doctor couldn't see me. I am notorious for being late. I really tried this time. I left early and every shortcut I could think of. The traffic from North Hollywood to Encino has gotten so much worse over the years.
What used to take 20 minutes is now 45 or more!”

“Great place if you have an appointment. If you are a walk in you are sol. Only one person drawing blood and they have appointments every 10 mins. For the ONE person to fit you in, 2 back to back appointments have to be no shows AND the 3rd appointment in a row has to not show up early. Also if you are 10 mins late you will lose your appointment. I don't blame the worker for not wanting to work harder for the little pay. Props to the unsupervised worker on working smarter not harder.”
“Quick easy access to Covid testing. The are the lab so test results are 24 hours or less. Drive up and the tester comes out to your car to do the test. Very convenient!”

The facility was clean and my room was large and had a pleasant recliner which I barely used.The up to 10-business day turnaround time for the result seems long to me, however I don’t know the degree of work involved.I used my Apple Watch to also record my test night sleep. Eddy did provide some feedback that indicated that my test-night result generally fit the pattern reported by my watch app.Recommend.”

So, considering my last visit two weeks prior was terrible as a walk in with a 3 hour wait and having to leave w/o being tested and a somewhat rude employee not showing any concern for the wait time I'll say, BOOK IN ADVANCE!”
