CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are limited to eligible individuals, with lab testing and rapid testing available at some locations. High demand may cause lab delays. The CVS pharmacy has generally received positive reviews from customers. Many have praised the kind and helpful staff, with at least one lead pharmacist having a PhD. The pharmacy is described as full-service for testing and vaccinations, with accurate records. Customers have found the pharmacy to be reliable, with no major issues reported. Wait times can be a little long, but the process is described as simple and easy. The store itself is smaller than some others, but well-stocked and with nice public restrooms. While most employees are praised for their professionalism and hospitality, there have been a few instances of unhelpful pharmacy clerks. However, these seem to be isolated incidents, and the pharmacy is generally regarded as a good option in the area. The main criticism is the store's tendency to close early on Saturdays, which some customers find inconvenient. Overall, CVS Health appears to provide a generally positive experience for those seeking pharmacy services and COVID-19 testing.
Wow. I've never had such bad service at a pharmacy. If I could give a review in negative stars I would. Between them losing prescriptions, taking hours to fill basic meds, repeated trips only to be told come back in an hour, they all around suck. I wish I had other local options.

Worst pharmacy customer service in Goleta. Go to Walgreens. Save yourself the headache.

Scheduled a COVID shot online, when I went to the pharmacy, they told me it was drive through only... When I told them I don't have a car, the person working told me to rent an Uber. What a joke of a company.
